So far it has cleaned carpets in two homes and once it has cleaned furniture. It performs just as expected with good results. I would recommend this to others.

Doesnt work - I followed instructions and emptied two clean water tanks onto my carpet, then only sucked up half an inch of dirty water. Waste of time, money and it ruined my carpets.

I've used other competitor's carpet cleaning products. This one is the best by far! My carpets look brand new. Filling the water reservoir and getting rid of waste is easy.
