[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have truly enjoyed shampooing my carpets with this product. It has gotten the dirt out, and fluffed the carpet. My carpets are not brand new, but they definitely look a lot newer now.

It did a great job cleaning. I find the express clean mode where it dries in 30 min barely does anything. I wish this model was detachable for stairs (my previous model did this). For these reasons I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.
