[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pulls out dirt and leaves the carpet looking new. Only downside is that it leaves alot of water in the carpet but if you take your time it pulls enough out it doesnt hurt anything

Love this machine! Had the earlier model and loved that one too. But, this upgrade with the ability to remove the outer shell to really clean the brush rollers, the ability to spray cleaner directly on to stubborn stains... awesome!
