[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend! Used this one my boyfriend's house, which had ten year old stains, and this took every bit of the stains out! His carpet looks brand new!!!

We use it to clean our carpets often. We have a little dog the will not go out side. We have pet urine stains. this machine works better than any other Bissell I have had .

I have 10 area rugs in my house and even though I am not finished cleaning them all, I am very pleased with the outcome of the ones I have done so far,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting 2 weeks, I get the wrong item and had no return label, I finally got it send back and 2 days later I get the one I ordered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to put together. It is a little heavy but then I am 84 would be a piece of cake for young folks. Works great. Well worth the price.
