[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have't used it but once so far, but it was easy to assemble, easy to use and best of all easy to clean/really clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets. The now look brand new. On the flip side, the machine leaks on first use - very disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent carpet cleaner for household with 2 dogs and 2 cats! Unusual that cleaner would not have cord wrapping device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced one from 2012, love this model, lightweight, easy to use plus the wash attachment is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My rug looks great just thought by the name it kept the water hot. You have to heat water up then pour it into the tank.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pulls out dirt and leaves the carpet looking new. Only downside is that it leaves alot of water in the carpet but if you take your time it pulls enough out it doesnt hurt anything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the ProHeat 2x to clean pet accidents on my carpet or upholstery. I love the new design and light weight of the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it perfect for pet oops and casual cleaning or spring cleaning floors much cheaper than renting from store a bulky heavy machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the carpet cleaner to clean some heavily soiled, (by a puppy) brand new carpets. It brought them back to near new.
