Every thing the only thing I didn't like was the instructions on how to put the ink cartridges in . I went on utube to learn how .

This is a really great printer. Fast, and accurate. Prints on both sides of the paper. I love that feature.

After setting up the printer which took longer than expected (very small keyboard to enter PW} the printer worked like a charm

I like the look of the printer, the ease of it with connections to my other devices. I don’t like that I can not fax.

I have not done much printing most just some legal documents maybe all in all 30 pages and I’m already running low on black ink

The printer was easy to set up and connect with my computer. The paper tray holds a lot of paper, so no frequent reloading needed.

My Envy was easy to set up and produces good- quality printing and copying. It is the best printer I have had in some time.

Not easy to set up or start using..no real instructions, no troubleshooting help. I have used printers for 50 years….why so unhelpful?

HP is the best choice again for printers. Used them for over 25 years for quality and affordability.
