This is my 2nd HP Envy series printer. They are a work horse and never gave me any problems. My old one just wore out!!! My new one has a document feeder. Still getting use to it. Seems a bit slow but that's to be expected. (It's not me lifting the lid and placing the document.). Hewitt Packard is an excellent copier at a reasonable price. I Highly recommend them.

The printer is outstanding. However At the beginning I had problems with the instant ink because I bought ink along with the printer and the printer wasn't reading the ink . Now I have a problem where I can't print directly from my computer I have to send it to my iPhone and print it from my iPhone to the HP app . It's very weird and I'll be able to fix it but when you're In a hurry to get something printed , It's kind of a pain . On all great printer . I'm sure I could give up five stars once I get it up and running Correctly . Every other printer I have had everything has just had easy steps to set everything up all at once

cannot connect printer with ho for cartridge subscription. Had it with old printer. cannot add new printer

Probably my last HP after many years of using HP. Cartridges are a problem, needing to be replaced way too often. Very disappointed. The set up was not as easy as expected.

I'm not sure if it's my WiFi which seems to work okay otherwise or if this printer is just not holding the connection. Have spent days trying to make it work - the. It will, then it won't. Maddening!

When printing, it would keep prompting me to adjust the screen size after printing envelopes, very frustrating to say the least! Also, I didn't care for not having the option to access the printer from my desktop, it is all on the app for your phone. Not a good idea

Had the printer a month and it works once in a while. VERY FRUSTRATING and after all the years of my loyalty to HP printers, I will NEVER buy another HP. I am DONE with HP. Used to be best on the market but last 5 years HP has disappointed. Printer is being returned today.

I hate HP printers these days, to be honest. I keep buying them (which is one problem), because I was married to an HP engineer for 25 years and I feel confident setting them up and using them. However, they're very glitchy these days, and I feel like I'm always troubleshooting. Lifespan is short these days it seems. And I keep going back and forth on the instant ink, deciding whether it's worth it or not. Do better HP!!!

Printer constantly looses internet connection! Need to disconnect and reconnect in order to reconnect to internet. Cumbersome to use. Doesn't scan to my iPad; have to scan to email and then download. Very slow. Freezes up; need to disconnect and reconnect to clear. Will replace this printer as soon as I have a few extra dollars. Will never buy another HP printer!!!!

This one was extremely difficult to install. Once connected, it was very slow to respond to print commands. After changing out the original cartridges to new Instant Ink, it would not work, never validating despite efforts to restart, re-install cartridges, and contact with online support. I am sending it back!
