I've been a HP brand user for many many years and this last HP laptop I was using did not meet the requirements to up grade my Windows 11. I did a long tedious search to find another new laptop and found this Asus selling for a good low price with better spec's than my old HP. Love the lit keyboard and screen size and is super fast loading up Windows, it did take long to set it up as it has to install tons of updates which took a while. Then had to remove and uninstall dozens of bloat junk installed by Microsoft which took some time to remove all this junk. As of now it's working perfect and super fast and no problems at all. Keep in mind that you will have to tweak the settings to make it boot and run faster because like all new laptops or desktops they are loaded with tons of useless junk and programs and processes you will never use or need. So far this Asus is working like a charm and do recommend it for daily use but not for people who are gamers. I'm not a gamer and don't care about playing any type or kind of games on my laptop.

This laptop has a very good screen, the weight is affordable, speed is ok and baterry is also good. The only thing it should be better designed is the keyboard, arrows up/down left/right is too small , the enter key is also small. Those keys are used a lot and they had to know this in advance.

I needed a new laptop and after much research, I decided the Asus was the right one. It was so easy to set up, just followed the prompts. I have had the laptop for several months and have been very pleased with the battery life between charges. The keyboard is easy to use. Overall I am very happy with the Asus product.

So far, it's working...perfectly! I love it. Fast, very nice display. I edit photos as a hobby. The editing is impressively fast compared to my old laptop. I printed a few photos. The colors match the ones displayed on the screen. And one more thing. The viewing of photos on my old laptop used to depend a lot on the angle at which I was viewing the screen. It seems that on this laptop the angle does not affect the viewing, on a large range. Or at least, this aspect is not as sensitive as on my old laptop. This is a big advantage! And the price was very good. I admit, I bought it on sale. I'm on a budget, so the price also attracted me when I decided on this laptop. But, the laptop is very good. So, double satisfaction price and quality.

Asus laptops are top rated in their price range. Owned one prior to this purchase. The online order price was great but only for online orders. I was told the store could not honor the discount price on this for an in-store purchase. I think that is a bad policy and puts Walmarts price match program in possible legal binds.

Crazy value for money. The keyboard is very tactile and satisfying to type on without being loud or obnoxious. The next closest thing in terms of specifications was easily a few hundred dollars more. Zero slowdowns since I’ve had it and it’s been months. Can even handle some mid-tier gaming without breaking a sweat. I use it mostly for college work and, of course, that is light work for this machine. The only downside isn’t even that bad, the battery life is pretty middling. 3ish maybe 4 hours if you’re gentle. But for such a big laptop with an Intel Core i7 that is expected.

Very happy with the quality and speed for the money. We are usiing it for basic video editing and gaming and is quite adequite without breaking the budget.

Good amount of ram and storage. Runs fast. Good for all my tasks. The keys are good. It is sturdy and of good quality. I was able to do my taxes easily with it.

i really liked the backlit full size keyboard and it handled everything I put it through, never getting too hot or too loud. But the battery life wasn't the greatest, I averaged a little more than 4 hours of hard use in between charges.

If the requirements are very minimal or occasional browsing, checking emails, it’s fine. If the requirements goes beyond and for learning coding etc., this gives up. It’s not GenAi enabled chip which we need to keep in mind. For normal usage excellent but for medium and heavy use it’s not recommended
