Great food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reviewing the free sample of Iams dog food I got from BzzAgent! My dog loves this food! We feed her twice a day, and the food is gone in less than a minute every time! She's a large dog, but getting older, so we appreciate the smaller sized pieces - easier on her teeth and easier to swallow. It's also important to trust the food you feed your dog, and we put a lot of trust in the Iams brand. The have never failed us.

Great small pieces of food

I've been purchasing this dog food for my pitbull since we got her from a rescue group 2 years ago. She has a sensitive stomach and we found that her eating dog food that are smaller pieces helps to make sure that she is chewing her food up as well as it digesting well for her.

IAMS Minichunks - perfect size

IAMs Minichunks is the perfect size for our rescue dog. When we first got him he was under nourished and wolfed his food down, often swallowing the larger chunks whole. We found IAMS minichunks to be the perfect size for him and we love the healthy aspects of the product.

No problem changing from puppy food to adult food.

I used Iams adult weight control on my Chocolate Lab,who has since passed, he had no problems with digestion. Since then, I have a boxer who will soon be 1 yr old in a few days, he too has not had any problems adjusting from the puppy to the adult food that I started him on just a couple of weeks ago.

My dogs are very picky when it comes to their food. The minichunks are the perfect size. My dogs seem to really enjoy it. I would recommend this to anyone who has dogs that are picky eaters, especially for the dogs who tend to only like the smaller pieces.

Picky Pooch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My four-legged friend is extremely picky. I tried to give her the Iams food a couple of times and she refuse to eat it but as I said my pooch is picky. I do not believe it has to do with the Iams product itself. I plan to give my food to someone else I know with a dog to try it out and get some feedback from them. Hopefully their dog will be willing to try to since mine did not. I am thankful for Iams giving me a sample to try before I bought a big bag since my dog would not try it.

Good food that doesn't upset the boys tummys. That is a definite win in my opinion. They dont turn their noses up to it and have had no problems with digestion of this food. We have a large lab mix and rottweiler, so we truly get good product for the price.

Furry Friend is a FAN of Iams Minichunks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our pup is pretty finicky about her food, so I was worried about the transition to IAMS. I was so surprised when she ate it all up! She really seemed to enjoy the smaller chunks instead of her usual large pieces. While it does boast health benefits, the food still has grain and corn, which we try to avoid with her current food. I did notice that her stool was definitely softer, probably due to the fiber blend. This would be good for dogs who have troubles doing their business, but definitely not for every dog.

Used this product for over 20+ years

We had two SharPei’s the male was 14yrs when we had to put him down and we lost our female to Pymetria,!we had decided not to get any other dogs until Lady just showed up in our backyard fence. She had eight pups under our shed so we decided to adopt her and the pups she was in horrible condition but we started feeding her Iams and she quickly started gaining weight. We have since found homes for all but two of the puppies which we decided to keep.

This food decreases your dogs health over time

I have 4 dogs, all different breeds. I’ve been feeding them this food for years and their health has steadily declined. As soon as I changed their diet away from this food, all 4 of my dogs health has improved significantly. Both young and old. If your dogs getting arthritis, or starting to get overweight despite controlled portions, or your old dog started into or is close to kidney failure, stop using this dog food. That’s been my experience with this product. I hope it helps someone else.
