I have three small dogs, and they are my babies. So, when I decided to try Iams, of course I did some checking. My regular vet was very positive and recommended the brand for a healthier diet. With my little girl Chihuahua having an upcoming surgery, I also contacted the hospital operating on her and they, too, raved about the benefits of switching to Iams. I tried it and just had to make the switch! My dogs loved the flavor, all previous tummy upsets completely disappeared and all three became more energetic and playful. Even my ten-year-old Peekapoo acts like he was dipped in a fountain of youth. From grumpy to loving and playful, it feels like getting Jackson back. This is the only dog food I buy now and my babies are pretty happy about that!

FIRST OFF: why are people dogging the brand when they have picky dogs that refuse to eat certain food. How's it the brand? This brand is great. My boxer had pancreatitis and this was the one food she can eat and not get sick constantly. Give a proper response for the brand not your picky dogs. But that's my opinion.

Having chicken as the main ingredient and the smaller size make this a perfect fit for her. I received a free bag from Iams and I'm glad I did. She really seems to love it. So far so good.

I really liked the ingredients but my Standard Poodles didn't care for it at all. If the company could improve the flavor without compromising the nutrition that would be great. I have recommended Ian's to other dog owners even though at this time I have stopped using it.

When I received Iams® ProActive Health™ MiniChunks dog food, I was very impressed with how the first ingredient was meat! That's always been a big concern of mine when finding the right dog food. And how did my dogs like it? I mixed a half a serving of their current dog food and a half a serving of Iams® ProActive Health™ MiniChunks dog food (to have them get used to the change in food) and they pick out and only ate the Iams food! It was amazing to know that they could tell the difference and appreciated the change.

This is amazing it is one of the only things that I can get my dog to eat. The ingredients are also good for dogs and so it is good to them. They come with lots of food for a good price. In all get your dog some of this, I promise you won't regret it.

Our lab likes to eat...what dog doesn't, right? She has been on Iams large breed for awhile. We recently tried the mini chunks and will buy these from now on. Our dog used to get a mouthful of food and then move and drop it to chew up a few pieces at a time. Now she stays and eats at her bowl. She is a healthy girl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dogs were pretty excited when the smelled their new IAMS ProActive Health™ Adult MiniChunks dog food....even through the box it arrived in! They followed me through the house into the kitchen. They waited and begged for a taste of the dog food that I received free from IAMS to have our dogs try and review the product. They loved it! Took it right out of my hand. I slowly switched them over to the new food, so their tummies wouldn't get upset with a new food. We had no problems with switching them over. I like that the dog food helps to build strong muscles. The Omega-6 helps with healthy skin and shiny coats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received a bag of Iams Proactive Health Minichunks from Iams to review. The following opinions are based on my own observations as a dog mom. Several things impressed me this food. First and foremost, the smaller-sized kibble is perfect for my three dogs, who are all between 15 and 20 lbs. The second thing I noticed is that the kibble doesn’t have that unpleasant meaty smell that a lot of dog foods do. And, when I checked out the ingredients, I was happy to read that chicken is the first ingredient and it contains other sources of protein (egg) in addition to vitamins, minerals, and fiber. However, the kibble does include filler products such as corn meal and sorghum (flour) and chicken by-product meal, which is concerning to me. All three of my dogs were excited about their dinner, and seemed to enjoy the taste. That may not say much about Sally, (who will eat just about anything!), but one of my boys is very picky and was all for chowing down. Overall, I’d recommend this product as a decent dog food.
