Replaced a smaller counter top ice maker with this one. Holds more ice and the side water reservoir is the best feature. So easy to keep the ice maker full of water.

This ice maker has been a nightmare. I've had it for almost a month and it makes the loudest screeching noise. It's always on defrosting and doesn't make much ice at all. Would not recommend.

This design is so flawed that I can't even begin. It sounds like a whole family of howler monkeys screaming. And keeping it clean is way more than my pay grade. Never again.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for the family! We love the ice! We can't get enough! Everyone is drinking more water and juice to use the pellet ice. Restaurant pellet ice

I love my nugget ice, the only little problem we have is the the hose to the tank gets kinked in the back…other wise I love it, just ordered a filter for it so I don't have to keep buying bottle water…

Only had it for 3 months and already messed up. Stuck on “Add Water” even when it's full. I cleaned it every month and descaled it once. Went through lots of YouTube self fixes and still not working.

returning it this week. it immediately started making horrible noises, and as time went on, it was more frequent and louder! obviously, i received a defective one. The sonic ice was wonderful!

Great initially although loud. Need to clean very frequently and use filtered water always. Longevity is questionable as it has only lasted about a year or two before needing to be fixed.
