I love the product. This is my second one. The first lasted just one year but I had not cleaned it as often as recommended so I took ownership of that and just replaced it. This new one has been about 4 months and it has grinded and moaned and made terrible noises since it was about 2 months old. I clean it often but the loud noise is horrific

I was excited about this purchase but nervous at the same time. I’m very frustrated and disappointed to have spent so much money and to keep having to troubleshoot so early in the purchase. It’s constantly saying “Add Water” when the water tank is completely full.

This is my third ice maker. It is one of the best items i have ever bought. I love eating this crunchy ice. During meals. After meals. While I am at the gym working out. It cools me down. It in a way satisfies my urge to eat chew something. I feel that the crunchy ice acts as a dog biscuit to removing stuck food. It is not a replacement for a toothbrush but helps otherwise.

So far we are really enjoying this icemaker. It makes excellent ice for chewing and it’s pretty fast as well. There are a couple of cons. It does sometimes make noise and we just turn it off for a bit and this seems to take care of it. The other con is the price. Seems a bit expensive for what it is. But we still love it.

Super quiet, super fast, incredible machine. I honestly don't know how I lived without it. Setup was a breeze and cleaning is super easy. I use exclusively distilled water even though I don't live in a hard water area just to make sure I prolong the life of my Opal. It looks gorgeous on my counter and it starts making ice when it automatically senses that the drawer went down in volume. The dimmable light that shines into the drawer makes it stand out beautifully. Worth every penny!

I was at a dear friend's house having cocktails and she had this new Ice Maker. When I got home I forgot to get the info on it. After contacting her back, I order one for our home bar. This is the bomb-diggaddy. Perfect for our hosting of socials and small occasions. I love the WiFi feature and instantly set up a schedule for it to run in the evenings. The unit is so easy to unbox, setup and configure. Cleaning was a breeze as well. Love the unit.

I love my icemaker it works really well and quickly produces ice. I like this nugget ice in drinks more than our refrigerator ice maker ice cubes. I shut off ice maker in fridge and filled dispenser with my nugget ice. Works well, except one thing. Since the ice is wet when its made when u add it to freezer for ice dispenser it freezes solid. So I took a steak knife an chopped it all up so it can actually come out the fridge door. I make enough ice to fill ice maker dispenser in fridge so it lasts me usually a week now while its cold outside. This summer I'd say it'll get alot more use if we can have people over again(social distancing for now). All in all wife and I love this machine. The nugget ice is way better than the cubes. If you dont have one of these yet get one. They are great!

I have owned three in 5 years. They all stop working despite cleaning regularly and using a filter. Last one broke before warranty and it was not simply replaced . I was required to send back to company for repair. I will not be purchasing another one. For the $$ I can buy cheaper ones for disposable ice machines. The ice was the best but the frustration is too much.

Great nugget ice. Evening in the family loves it. The machines are pretty finicky though. This is our 3rd one. First one locked up during the warranty period, ge replaced with a refurbished unit. That one locked up just after the 12 month warranty expired. We've opened it up, deep cleaned, but it still would give errors (add water, when the was water, etc.).
