I find it absolutely ridiculous that you can’t control when you want ice to be made and when you don’t. Every time you open and close the bucket to get ice it Automatically starts making more ice even though you don’t need it and starts dripping water into the bucket ultimately melting all the ice it’s made for the past hour. Side tank is faulty and will randomly stop giving water to the machine

We loved having this machine. Even using filtered water I think it requires cleaning a little too often. Regardless, I have cleaned the machine approximately once every seven to eight days as it would stop making sufficient amounts of ice and spend most of the time defrosting. The biggest problem I have had is the consistent "Add Water" error. Sometimes I would get lucky and a cleaning cycle would clear the issue. Other times it was extremely difficult to get it to work. Now, 1 year and 12 days after purchase it has stopped completely and will not make ice or clear the "Add Water". As much as we loved it I would not recommend the purchase of this item.

I have wanted this ice machine for ages and have hemmed and hawed because of the price but I'm so glad I finally got it. I have had other ice machines that were so loud, felt dirty, didn't look nice on my counter and worst of all....didn't make pebble ice! This is really the only option. Just take the plunge, it's worth it. ps. Some people say this machine is loud and I have no idea what they're talking about. I find it incredibly quiet.

I love this machine's product. I love that there is an interior light (high/low). I like that it can be controlled via wifi. I don't like that my machine like noise about once every few days for no reason even though it's been regularly cleaned and descaled.

Overall the product works exactly as expected. Easy to understand and operate. The only thing that baffles me is why you would have to pay extra to add the side tank on when it should be standard because even with the side tank we’re constantly having to refill. Maybe we just drink a lot (just two of us).

We absolutely love having the crunch ice available. We drink so much more water now because of it. Even for our family of 7, it makes the ice fast enough to keep up with our demand. The side tank allows us to limit how many times we have to refill the system.

Looks just as pictured works great! Received in perfect condition. Easy to set up and started making ice very fast after running the rinse cycle as recommended. I did purchase the filter and it was easy to install also. I have purchased a different ice maker in the past and it was ok I felt like I had to stay on top of it to have enough ice. This one was more expensive but you get what you pay for. I love the side tank and I always have ice ready to go. I am so glad I splurged on this one!

This ice machine is awesome! Our ice maker went out on our refrigerator and I had already purchased this for my bar. We moved it into our kitchen since it is quiet and perfect size for the counter. The ice production is quick it only takes a few minutes for it to make enough ice for our family of 4 and including guests. It is easy to install and use. Love this product.

The entire family LOVES this ice maker. On the way home the twins say mom cut the ice machine on so it’s ready when we get home. My partner even broke down and joint the family in ice love for the special grownups drinks but the best of all we take about 3 cups and put it in the dog bowl. Life will never be the same.

Yes, this ice maker makes great ice in a tight spot. It's not a small appliance but does fit nicely on a countertop. The small cubes are perfect for medium-sized glasses. While it does make some noise when pushing out the ice, it isn't loud or distracting. I like the ability to connect to wifi (although I haven't really used that feature a lot) and the built-in light, I purchased the side tank but haven't set it up because it's probably too large and seems unnecessary so far.
