[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is amazing. The versatile way it can create a few different kinds of ice is fantastic! It is so easy to use and makes so much ice. I would definetely recommend this product to everyone!! It makes the ice makers in refrigerators seem like they make hardly any ice.

I've been contemplating this product for a long time and am SO happy with it now that I finally have one! The only downside is it gets quite warm on the back side so I worry about it overheating next to the wall. Definitely makes me drink more water!

My wife bought this for me and I love it! No more having to stop at Murphy Express, Sonic, or Valero to have soft ice! This machine starts pumping out ice 20 minutes after I plugged it in! Suggestions for improvement- include these in your refrigerators, provide a kit to run a direct water line to the machine.

I've only had it up and running for a day but this is the BEST little ice maker I've used. It is slower than one of the cheaper ones but I can wait for the better ice. Although the ice chamber isn't insulated it does keep the ice for hours (tested it by leaving ice in it overnight, still had some in it by morning)

I purchased this ice maker on 12/4/23. As of 8/15/24 it's making an extremely loud banging noise and cannot be used. I use this ice maker heavily and was happy with it, until now. I descale it every 2-3 weeks so maintenance on my part isn't lacking. I'm currently attempting to contact GE support today 8/19/24, will update this review with the outcome.

Omg, I did not know I needed this in my life!! If you’ve ever had the misfortune of being in the hospital, the only pleasantry is that delicious ice. Well, now you can have it in the comfort of your own home. This little machine makes that ice that is so crispy, and it really absorbs the flavor of your drink. During these crappy times, it’s so important to have some little pleasantries. Do yourself a favor and pick up this little ice maker!!

This little go getter has solved all of my busy family’s problems! We have 3 athletes, a nurse and a husband and we live in warm, sunny Florida. We go through sooo many bottles of ice water in a day. This ice maker is Perfect. It keeps up with our family and the ice is the most amazing texture!

This product is absolute garbage. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I have had it less than 2 years and it makes a horrible grinding noise that sounds like it’s about to blow up. I have to unplug it . Once I plug it back in the machine works fine for a few hours and then the grinding noise comes back. I love the ice but hate the machine.

The initial cleaning and installation process was straightforward and easy. My unit has the optional water tank and that connected very simply it is very clean and sleek looking appliance and 20 minutes after installation I already have ice to enjoy.

This is my absolute favorite ice! The machine is easy to use and makes ice pretty quickly. Adding the filter made a big difference for us, and I absolutely recommend it. The only drawback so far is the noise, it gets pretty loud, but I think the ice is worth it.
