My ice maker tells me to add water even when the side water tank is full. To add to the fun, their online and phone support are useless.

Ice maker hasn't worked for almost a month. Keeps saying I need to add water. On Point Warranty has been slow to respond and not super helpful.

Support is basically a joke. They are very nice, but seem unable/ unwilling to even trouble shoot the device.

DO NOT BUY!!! Keeps saying add water but there is water in it. I've tried cleaning, descaling, etc and nothing is working.

Cleaning light flashes all the time Says it needs descaled Descale it multiple times and lights stays on

We got this ice maker and it wasn't cheap, it worked fine for a while then stopped working, and I did the cleaning as recommended.

I had it for less than a yer and it started spilling water and after that stop making ice a 500 dollar ice maker that lasted for a year
