Great ice!

Our ice maker was very easy to set up. Started making ice in less than the advertised time of 20 minutes. Get the side tank for fewer re-fills

Nice Ice Machine

It's quiet and makes very soft ice. More Ice a day than we can eat. Had to schedule it just to run 8 hours because it produces it that fast!

Not what I expected

I thought the nuggets would stay frozen longer and in all honesty don’t use the blue tooth feature, should have bought the cheaper one

We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. The ice bin isn't refrigerated, but the Opal design does recirculate ice melt to the water reservoir to ensure you always have fresh ice on hand. Also, while we designed this model with connectivity to add to your convenience, we also certainly understand if you prefer not to use that feature. Very obnoxious and loud!

It is extremely loud and sounds like a dying cat every couple of hours. I love the ice but the sound is terrible!
