I love ice so I have wanted a good ice maker forever. Finally got it and my family loves it. I highly recommend the version with the water tank. It is worth the little extra cost.

I had the very first Opal Ice machine, this one has little tweaks to the design that make it more functional and practical. I do wish it was slightly shorter so that it fit under a standard cabinet.

Very happy with the ice maker. I was concerned that the ice bin isn't refrigerated but what little ice melts just drains into the reservoir and gets made back into ice. Love the WiFi features.

I love my ice machine. But after two weeks the wifi symbol disappeared and won't come back no matter what I do. So now I can't use the app because of that.

We love this high quality cubed ice! Installation instructions were easy to follow and setup was quick. In no time we had a bucket of ice available. The maker is quiet and stainless steel blends well with my kitchen setting.

Set up is a little long, but not bad. Only negative is that the machine says “add water” often even though I have the side tank. Other than that, the ice is great, and my family loves it.

The ice maker does a great job of making perfect, chewable ice! It's a little pricey but we'll worth the investment if you enjoy chewable ice like we do!

Love the soft chewable nugget ice! Makes ice quickly, easy to clean, not too loud. Glad the drip pan catches the water drips when you open to get ice out. I did upgrade to a magnetic scoop that will stick to wide of machine.

I bought this machine for my wife who loves munching on ice. She keeps a cup close by all day long. Some reviewers were commenting on the noise the machine makes but it's not loud at all, especially if you make sure the water tank is full.
