Works great, only problem is side tank reservoir doesn't drain into main tank which happened right out of the box. I will have to see if there's a blockage or another issue going on.

I loved it when we got it …. But 2 months in and it stopped working! Hoping customer service and the warranty pulls through - we really want to enjoy it again!

LOVE the ice! Love the ice maker. Do NOT like the squealing noise it makes at certain times. I can't get it to stop, not can I find out what's making it.

We LOOOVE it!!! It makes ice fast enough to stay full & available when we need it. It's quiet, easy to refill the water & has a light feature. Delivery was super fast & setting it up was very easy.

So happy with my Opal. I love the nugget ice and it makes increasing my daily water intake a breeze. I've also loved entertaining and never having to purchase bagged ice.

Exactly the ice we hoping for when we purchased! The only issue is noise: when the system is pulling water from the holding tank, it is LOUD. Otherwise, we are completely satisfied.

We've tried multiple countertop ice makers…this is the only one worth its salt. Easy to use and refill. We have the side tank to lessen the times to refill daily. Don't be fooled by the cheaper versions…they don't even compare!!

My wife and daughter absolutely LOVE this ice machine because we can use pure water to make the ice instead of buying it from some restaurant knowing it would be contaminated then. And of course, happy wife, HAPPY LIFE!!!

My new ice maker from OPAL arrived so easy to install and the app connects immediately to my wifi! The ice taste so good nice Crunch and keeps my drinks very cold! Awesome machine!!!

I love this ice maker and am so glad I purchased it. It does make noise frequently so you may want to consider putting it in a pantry or bar area where it isn't heard all the time.
