We love our ice maker so much that we use it for all of our ice. We quit buying ice for parties and stock up on the nugget ice that it makes. We got this because we love the ice from Sonic and this ice maker makes the same kind of ice.

As noted in other reviews, the unit can be noisy at times. But that is only for a few minutes, and not excessive. The machine makes fabulous ice, and enough for our busy household.

Works like it should. Set up and instructions were easy to follow. Once set up and ready started making ice within the first hour, and filled container in a few hours after that. So far so good. We like it

The title pretty much sums it up. We never thought we'd like ice so much - but this machine makes great ice. And I like the programing features and convenience of using the ice maker.

I love the fact that I can schedule when I want it to start making ice and when for it to stop. It makes enough ice for my family of 7 to have threw out the day.

I had issues with the first ice maker I was sent but customer support was quick to get me a refund and another one to me. I love it. It works exactly as advertised. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Great "chewy" ice and it works great in producing ice fairly quickly... the only issue is I can't seem to keep the WiFi connection stable to access and turn on/off if I'm planning to need it, but not home yet.

Awesome product! I love that I can program it to start before I get up in the morning and turn off before I go to bed. I didn't think that ice could make water taste better, but this truly does!

Bought this for a Mother's Day gift for my wife. She loves it, 2 weeks in to it and it's worked flawlessly. Between my wife, kids and kids friends, this thing has been churning out ice non-stop.

Love the ice, it is quick and tastes great. HATE the noise, it is so loud, consistently. She has been named Myrtle. This is our second Opal. We hoped the noise was just a bad machine, but the second one is just as bad as the first.
