Everyone loves the ice and the machine is never turned off. The only problem is that it has started making a squealing sound. The sound isn't that bad, but you can hear it.

The only thing I did not like is that I had to replace it after 2 years, but I bought the same unit again as we love it that much. I figured for the amount we use it, it was sure to not last forever. Hope this one last longer.

At 100+ degree weather this machine is a must! It's fast and keeps ice cold for a long time. It makes more than plenty and it's even better because I can control it with the app.

Easy to use. Steady production of soft, chewable ice. I generally fill the side tank once a day. Two adults in the household and we've not run out of ice - steady ice production, if you take out ice it starts making ice to replenish.

The ice maker in fridge died. It was quite lucky that it did because really wanted this machine. It pairs perfectly with my Bartesian cocktail machine!

Love this countertop ice maker for drinks all year long. Only gave four stars as it is really noisy in the Defrost cycle such that it sounds like a cat screaming in an alleyway. Otherwise live it!

I'd say it's one of my favorite purchases lately. It makes the best ice I've ever tried, it's quiet considering the reviews talk about noise, and sleek. I wish it was faster, and easier to clean but that's the route you take for quality.

Love it. Hate the cleaning, although it's not arduous. Just time consuming. Hint: Found a sturdy large wooden lazy susan to out it on, makes cleaning access easier. Love the wifi connectivity.

I love my ice maker, I bought it as a gift to myself. I do think it's a bit pricey but after owning it I'm content with that. The only thing I'm not sure about is the motor will sometimes sound like it's humming. Not sure if that is normal.

I've only had the ice maker for a few weeks but no complaints so far. I did have a little trouble connecting the machine to the app but once I got it done it has worked great. I love that I can set a schedule so it doesn't run continuously.
