Hello - Thank you for checking in and leaving your feedback. We understand the inconvenience this causes, and we are truly sorry for any disappointment and frustration this has caused. With that being said, here are a few things you can try to correct the issue with ice production: - Ensure that the opal has plenty of water in the reservoir. - Check that the ice bin is pushed all the way in place. - Try to reset the Ice Maker by unplugging the unit for 3-4 hours.
