Love the look and finish of the new design. The nugget ice is the best! Pricey, but so far above any other counter top ice maker that it is well worth the investment. Hope it stands up to daily use! Only time will tell.

It really makes the best ice! I have been an RN for 10+ years and it is the ice we have in the hospital that we all call "the best ice". This is even better because it has it's own filter and you can use whatever water you would like! AMAZING!!!

This is a wonderful heavy duty ice maker. It's sits on my counter top. It makes the little nuggets that me & my family and I love to chew on. Work fast and i am very please with it. Love it.

I would go to hospital cafeterias, sonic, chick Fil a… anywhere to get this ice! It's so awesome to have it at home and I can use the app to control how much is made and when!
