We're so happy to hear that you love your Opal and the amazing chewable ice it creates! This is really great to know. We can completely understand that it can be discouraging when it operates noisily, though. Your new icemaker can make some sounds that are unfamiliar to you - luckily, most of these sounds are normal! Hard surfaces like floors, walls, and countertops can amplify these sounds.
