Love the ice, how quickly it makes it, how easy to clean it, the large water reserve. It's a lot louder than i expected, and for the first weekend squeaked horribly. At the 3 week point the squeaking has decreased.

Love the ice maker and the little ice pellets. Grandsone loves it too and keeps a cup of ice at hand. Had several family members over and it made plenty of ice for all. Real easy to take care of.

We have had it for a month, so far it is working good. The only concern is that something's the water runs in the ice bin. This is our third one and hopefully it will last longer than the previous two we had.

We bought this ice maker because the one in our Samsung fridge went out. We live in Arizona and as a family of 5 we go through a LOT of ice water. My only regret when it comes to this ice maker is that we didn't purchase it sooner!
