Loving this product so far. Quality of ice is amazing. Remember to descale product to help with performance- just realized that was a thing. Would recommend this product at this point.

The ice is great. It will fill the bin in about 3 hours and will keep up with two to four people drinking. So convenient to set the schedule on the app to start it when needed or remotely start or stop as needed. Looks great as well.

This ice is perfect for ice eaters because it produces nuggets that are soft and will not damage teeth! Like eating fresh snow. This ice maker is unmatched!

I had the first version of this machine and ran about a gallon of water through it a day for 4 years. It finally died. While I was disappointed, the 2.0 is a better ice maker.

We really enjoy this ice maker a lot!! The only con I have is that it really goes through the distilled water quickly even if we're not using it because the ice melts slowly in the machine.

Loving this new nugget ice maker. Side water holder is nice to have. Ice is made pretty quick - always seems to keep up with the high demand in our house. Option to schedule being able to shut the machine down over night is cool.

My sister recommended I buy this as she has one. My boys love eating the ice. We find ourselves constantly going back for more several times a day. I mean who doesn't like a little crunch with a sip of their favorite soda.

Makes great ice.... easy to refill water. Price is excellent. I don't use plastic shelf that catches water drips ( looks cheap)... nice that it sits on counter.
