Ice is not ice. The ice that this machine makes is long-lasting and crunchable, which would seem to be opposites. It makes lots of ice, quickly, and the hopper always seems to be full. Excellent machine!!!

We love our new ice maker. The soft “sonic “ ice is great! It makes ice if the ice melts, keeping it full and if we need to add water, there is a light that tells us to add additional water. So glad for this purchase!

I've had this product for about two weeks. It's so nice just to scoop out nugget ice and hit the road. Highly recommend the side tank for more convenience.

I've really enjoyed the Opal over the last few months. I've essentially had zero issues with the product, it's been making great ice and makes the ice pretty quick, and overall would recommend it to anyone looking for a pebble ice maker.

A bit time consuming to set up and clean out, but so happy with it once it's up and running. We have reliable and satisfying ice 24/7. Way better than normal freezer door ice, never going back to our old ways.

Love this machine so far. It makes a lot of ice quickly. I left the ice in the machine overnight and it was fine the next day. I wanted to see if it would melt or not. Love it so far!

Done great for 6 days and it stopped making ice. Gives an add water light and it's full. Tried over 2 hrs priming the pump and resetting. It starts dropping ice and gives a add water alarm.

This ice maker makes that *good* ice. Love the auto features so that I never have to tell it to make more ice. The auto clean feature is great as well.
