It started making ice with in 20 minutes. To me it's very quiet and the extra tank is amazing. Still learning about it, but so far it's doing a fantastic job on making nugget ice. Very pleased customer!

I love the ice maker! It produces a ton of ice and is able to be scheduled so it doesn't run throughout the night or while out of town. My only minor complaint is that it is pretty loud, but that is to be expected from an ice maker.

I'm extremely satisfied with 2.0. It's a terrific next generation model and has many upgrades from the previous model. We love it and all of our friends have ice envy! We use every day.

This is a fantastic ice maker! My daily life is better with this device in my life. I wish I had known about the intense maintenance involved before buying, but all in all a great product. The additional side tank is key.

Initial setup was fairly easy. Took some time to rinse all the bleach out. Instructions were fairly easy to follow. Light stopped working after 2 days.

Love it! Never thought we would use this as much as we do. Plus the WiFi capabilities are a huge bonus, we have it programmed to have ice ready when we get home.

This Model was a warranty replacement for a discontinued model, it produces ice much faster than the old one, and the control system is easier. Only negative is the side tank is a lot smaller, resulting in more refilling

It's a beautiful machine that is always full of ice. It's quiet and I love that the light is dimmable. It's expensive, but the good things usually are.

Nugget ice maker has been a great addition to my kitchen. Produces a great amount of ice. As soon as you remove some ice, it begins making more. Recently downloaded the app where I can control the ice maker while away. Love it!
