This was a gift from my husband and one of the best ideas he's had. I eat ice from this machine multiple times a day, especially when I work from home.

This is the perfect compliment to my home bar, it makes great ice, my whole family loves it. My wife, who loves to chew ice, especially loves it. It's not as loud as I expected either. A little pricey but worth it.

This is number two. First one lasted 10 months. “OUT OF WATER “ but was full. Opened drawer and went to “DEFROST CYCLE”. Had to unplug to make ice again.

The side tank broke. Warranty won't replace side tank. Said warranty doesn't cover the side tank but they would send me along To purchase at my own expense a new side tank.

Appears to be well built. Would call it commercial grade. Does everything I wanted and it should for the price. Makes perfect chewable ice and keeps itself full after use at the perfect rate. Enjoying it immensely.

This ice maker is the perfect solution for small get togethers and everyday use. We rarely need the "other" ice maker now. And the opal ice is perfect for keeping drinks cold.

This ice maker makes the perfect tiny cubes of ice and my entire family has enjoyed it so far! The detachable extra water tank took some work to get working properly but it wasn't terribly difficult.

Bought this for my wife and thought it was such frivolous purchase. Little did I know it would turn out to be such an asset and something I can't imagine having. I wish there was a way to connect a direct line from the plumbing into it, though.

Great product. Makes the crunchiest nugget ice possible. Easy to setup and use. The side tank is worth it, for effortless long term ice making. Wifi capability is pretty pointless but it is just an ice maker.

I love it. Simple to use and set up. We have on our cabinet. It doesn't take a lot of space. I'm still learning so I'll try to update if I have issues
