I held out for so long to purchase this due to price. But I finally just bit the bullet. I have no regrets thus far. It's so so good! Not sure how I ever lived without it. Ha!

Everyone likes the ice nuggets, the side tanks great but the machine is very noisy and ice piles up in the middle of the drawer slowing down production because the machine thinks the bin is full.

We have been wanting one of these for some time. Upon getting it we quickly realized our dreams had come true. My wife and I love chewing ice and this is the ice maker to end all ice makers. We highly recommend this appliance.

I love the texture and hardness of the ice! I love everything about it except cleaning it every other day! After 2 days it will start making a screaming noise that will only stop if you unplug it.

Love the icemaker, though it can be a little noisy at times. Would also be nice if it had a water intake that could be hooked up to it to add water automagically

I've had this unit for about 4 months and it has worked beautifully. The app is a bit strange in that it told me immediately that I needed to descale my brand new machine. Other than that I love it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my ice maker. Do not need to buy sonic drinks or ice every day. I am saving a fortune and love the convenience of having it at home. My guests love it too and say drinks just taste better with this ice.

Opal ice machine is excellent. After have one before we choose to get a new one. We could not go back to regular ice cubes. Noticed nice added features with this model. We are hooked on having great ice anytime we want great ice.
