Makes nice chewable ice, like “Chic-fila” the kids say. Very handy. A bit noisy for the kitchen counter but reasonably quiet. Will get another for bar downstairs.

Our family love this ice machine. The nugget ice is soft just the way we like it. The only issue I am having is the ice machine will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi. Overall a great product

Love that it's easy to clean. We have ours running constantly & it's really saved me especially during pregnancy when only ice cold things sound good! This has been a game changer. So glad I picked this up! Also ending up buying one for my mother!

Product arrived with a small dent in the back right side. Hopefully that won't be a problem. Sanitized and got it running-so far, so good. Currently wondering if it ever gets "full". Only about 1/3 that I've seen up until now.

The best ice maker! I've had others in the past that were so slow making ice. This is so fast. We are a family of 6 and we have not run out of ice yet.

I love the ice maker. The capacity is large enough to fill a large blender in one sitting. Even if it's empty, it quickly refills itself which is a great feature.

The ice is awesome. But the machine is kind of loud. And it squeals a lot when defrosting. It cycles through water often, and that is loud as well. But it does make yummy ice pretty quickly.

I love my ice maker, however it dies take much longer than stated to make ice. If you need ice by a certain time I would highly recommend you start the process at least 45 min to an hour out!

I feel it's an ok unit. I love the ice and how fast it makes it. I do feel the cleaning process is very lengthy, and difficult. The unit is also very noisy. Would. It again, because I love the ice!

The ice that is produced is great and it makes a ton. But the unit is frequently "defrosting" which causes high pitched squeals to emanate from the machine. This is very annoying.
