The ice works great, I find myself drinking more water with this. Only downside is how often you have to drain and clean it. But overall very nice machine. Love the app controlled scheduled too!

We are all drinking more water with our Opal on the counter. Kids love the crunchy ice, but we find ourselves thinking to refill our cups more often. Great product, love the side tank so its always filling back up.

This appliance can be a bit noisy so we have housed it in our wet bar behind cabinet doors (still plenty of ventilation room). It makes great ice and is easy to refill and keeps everything cleaner than our last ice maker which used to get pink mold.

I purchase this to replace another brand. This is sleek in appearance, quiet to operate and was easy to set up. I had a full ice container within two hours. I absolutely love this product.

Big fan of the shape of the ice. Also, we really like having the extra water tank on the side of the machine, and that it is optional. We generally get the extra tank out when having company.

This ice maker makes the best nugget ice! It is easy to assemble and it looks sleek in any bar. It makes the “good” ice that everyone loves, and is already a hit in our house!

We could not love this ice machine more! It makes the perfect nuggets of ice for any type of drink! I hope in the next model they make a holder for the ice scoop - but otherwise a perfect product!

The product makes good ice, however it squeals constantly and I've had it a week. The price isn't justified if it doesn't hold up any better than this.

This makes the PERFECT ice cubes & fast! The machine is a little noisey when it's making ice…but it's not too bad. The cleaning process is very simple (which a huge blessing!) there are some great videos on YouTube that I've found helpful!

Super easy to set up, makes ice in record time & looks nice on the counter! It's one of the best appliance purchases I've ever made! We use it multiple times every day. 10/10 would recommend!!
