This ice maker makes great, soft nugget ice very quickly. My whole family loves it. My daughter just gets cups of the ice to eat. The only downside is that it is a bit loud when it's running. Other than that, it is great.

LOVE! We absolutely love our ice maker. We've only had it the last three months. However, I haven't had any issues. Love that I can program it to be on in the morning and off during the day.

I love ice- and, particularly the ice from Sonics. When I learned about this product- I was thrilled! It produces just enough ice for me daily and I feel so indulged! While we did have a filtering problem 6 months in, customer service was great!

The ice crystals are the perfect crunchiness. The recycled water feature takes the worry out of an overflowing reservoir. Great for those times when the in refrigerator ice maker just can't keep up.

The machine makes perfectly shaped ice and the frequency keeps up with my households usage. however it is quite noisy. It would also be improved if adding a direct waterline was an option.

I was looking for a nugget ice maker and Opal is the best for that. Very easy to operate and with the extra tank you have ice all day. Highly recommended for a medium house.
