It was very easy to set up. It started making ice as soon as I got it cleaned and filled with water. We are very excited. We had family over a few days after getting it and they all Loved it. My daughter is looking at purchase one also.

Im thrifty. Did a bunch of research about "pellet" ice makers, before buying this one. It's been flawless so far in delivering the ice. I also love the app so i can schedule the ice production around my work. Super quiet operation.

This ice maker is a dream. Makes the best ice and does so quickly! When you don't use it, it just melts and the machine is ready to work again. With the WiFi and app, I can turn it on from anywhere any time and have ice ready when I need it.

When it works it works amazingly, but we have to clean it literally every other day for it to produce ice! If we do t clean it every other day ice won't build up and it won't make it worth the time.

Love this ice maker..would love to see an external tank that is size compatible with my GE Cafe refrigerator or ties directly into a new version of this frig.

Overall very happy with the purchase. I like the option for timer to shut off in the night and turn on early in the morning. Cleaning is easy, very happy.

This is great for cold drink lovers. Regular cube makers can't touch this machine. A little maintenance and this ice maker keeps on putting out crunchy refreshing ice. It must be popular because I have trouble finding filters and cleaning solution.
