My husband and I love this ice maker! The first batch of ice takes a bit to fill the bin. After that it keeps up nicely at cocktail time. I suggest buying the side tank with the machine. It’s worth it! 😎

I had the original Opal and it quit working after 5 years. This one is such an upgrade in looks and how quiet it is compared to the original. I love it!

Had for less than a year and it broke, got a replacement after a month and it broke 4 months later. we love the ice, it was quick and convenient. but not worth the money for only 18 months of ice. They will not replace this unit.

Amazing ice but we went through 2 models until we landed on the current version. One made the most unbelievable noises and the 2nd poured water out of the bottom. Thankfully the replacement process was pretty quick and straightforward

The product works extremely well. The quality of the nugget ice is superb and the accessibility of the machine through the smart home application makes running the ice maker a breeze.

Very pleased with the purchase. Ice tastes great and the machine makes new ice pretty quickly. My only concern is how often I'll have to clean the tank given the hard water in my area.

Weve had an Opal ice maker since the first iteration came out. It finally died so I upgraded to the latest model. Definitely a big step up. My wife loves the ice and the I like the side tank.

Makes great “sonic ice”. Wife and I love it. Little noisy but not to bad. I turn it off about 7:30pm and still have some ice left when I wake up at 5:45

This was a gift for my husband but we all use it! Every day! All day! Just for ice to crush on. Never runs out of ice. Keeps up with a crowd!! Best purchase ever!!!

This ice machine is amazing. The little ice cubes it makes are amazing. Only set back is that it has a very loud noise when it is making the ice. We had an older version and it was quiet. This updated version is extremely loud.
