Haven't drank this much water in my entire life! Just having this ice maker at my disposal has made every difference in wanting to drink water. Love having our neighbors wanting to have their kids come over to swim at our pool cause we have “the good ice”. Machine is a little loud when it's making ice, but nothing terrible. Setup was slightly tricky and time consuming but ok….totally worth it!

I love that this works off of Wi-Fi and it works pretty good. If I could change anything it would be the set up (pretty heavy, flushing with bleach, placement away from heat, need inches around the back and also space in front for drip trey) also only makes 1 shape of ice. The good outweighs the bad though because it takes about 30-40 minutes to get a cupful, I can start it before I get home and it's pretty quiet. How did I live life without it?

This product seemed to work fine for about a month and a half. Tonight it's making a high pitched squealing noise so loud you can hear it throughout the house and it's stopped making ice. It's full of water, cleaned religiously since we turned it on, and now just sounds downright dangerous. We unplugged it out of FEAR that it is having a serious malfunction! No idea what to do but hopefully I can get a replacement.

We absolutely love this product. Our icemaker from our (fridge) is clearly not keeping up and we need to do something. I thought about having one installed but there are several thousand dollars. This is the perfect song I would recommend this product absolutely anybody who's ice production is not being kept up with their fridge/freezer.

My wife found this product online and thought it would make a great early Father's Day gift for me. When she showed me, I was intrigued by the ice but skeptical about having yet another appliance in the house taking up coveted counter space. Well, I am now a convert. The machine is quite compact and fits easily on a counter without being obtrusive, yet is large enough to make and hold a quantity of ice sufficient for our family of seven. It's also extremely quick to produce the ice-turn it on when it's time for movie night and within ten minutes it's churning out ice, and the bin is half full fifteen minutes after that. The beauty of the device is that when the ice bin is full, any additional ice produced spilled over into the water reservoir where it melts and gets drawn back into the machine to produce ice again. When you are done with the machine, the ice left in the bin melts, drains from the ice bin into the water reservoir, and when you start it up again that water gets made into ice yet again. And if that isn't enough, the ice maker is WiFi enabled and connected via an app. If you're leaving work and want ice when you arrive home thirty minutes later, you can turn the machine on from the app while walking out to your car and it will turn on and have the ice churning for you when you get home. Want to turn it off? You can do that remotely as well. The machine makes a little noise on start up, then quickly settles in and is very quiet after a few minutes. And the ice is superb. Soft, crunchy, just like what you get at some restaurants and in the hotel ice machines. Do yourself a favor and buy this ice maker.

We loved it at first but then after multiple cleaning cycles after setting it up and then making a first batch of ice, we all tasted the ice and I noticed something in my mouth. Removed object and it was a metal shaving! I then stopped everyone from consuming the ice and then allowed the icemaker to finish making a complete batch of ice overnight. In the morning I dumped all of the ice and the side water reservoir. I went to empty the internal reservoir and notice 2 more metal shavings floating in the bottom! I love the ice for my drinks and for my reusable ice packs. The system itself is bigger than I had imagined but is quiet and does an awesome job! I highly recommend purchasing the model with the extra water tank on the side because if you use a lot of ice like we do in my household it just saves you so much time from having to constantly refil the water. The price is steep but worth it if you are an ice connoisseur!

Broke down and paid for the ice machine, and I have no regrets. The ice come quick and plentiful. Quiet when making ice and only weird noises, which are normal when defrosting itself. Will definitely invest in side tank when have more room for it

I have wanted this ice maker since it first came out but was weary about paying so much when other ice makers I owned were terrible. I'm sorry that I waited so long! This is the best ice maker I have ever encountered. It is worth every penny! The ice is perfect and the machine is the most quiet appliance in my kitchen.

Great nugget ice maker. Much higher quality than the cheaper machines that are so popular now. Love the ice nuggets versus cubes. The only downside is the drips from the bottom of the drawer when getting ice out of the bucket. The drip tray is helpful but wish a drip tray wasn't needed.
