Love this machine its always the hit of the party. Produces plenty of ice, no problem with noise, and easy to maintain. I live in Arizona so ice is always in demand. We have it setup in the kitchen and noise is not an issue when it is running. More like white noise in the background.

I use my opal on a daily basis, for my ice blended coffee each morning and lots of ice water all day long. When we have company staying they love a fun cocktail over ice or a blended coffee or a protein shake this is makes it all easy and yum! Highly recommend 💗💗

Our kids love pellet ice. We love pellet ice. We bought our machine almost 5 years ago, and sadly, it has passed on. But we missed it so much! And so we went to the store, and now we have the new one. And wow, is it quiet! We have a large family and this machine keeps us happy with a constant stream of ice. Hoping this one works for ten years. I strongly recommend using filtered or distilled water.

Great nugget ice. Evening in the family loves it. The machines are pretty finicky though. This is our 3rd one. First one locked up during the warranty period, ge replaced with a refurbished unit. That one locked up just after the 12 month warranty expired. We've opened it up, deep cleaned, but it still would give errors (add water, when the was water, etc.).

I absolutely love this nice maker. It makes perfect crunchy nuggets! It matches my other black stainless appliances. The only thing that I don't love is the amount of water that drips out of it when you pull the ice storage box out to scoop the ice. The tray does catch the water, but I would prefer that it not leak out at all. Other than that though, this was worth every penny!

I love what I call sonic ice. My husband really loved sonic ice. I was going to buy the icemaker for him for Christmas 2022. But he got sick in Jan. 2022 and passed away 1 year ago today. So I really bought it as a bucket list for my husband. Everytime I use it , It brings him to my mind and heart.So I love the ice machine.

I love having an Opal ice maker, this is my second one, first one lasted 5 years. I wish the side water container was bigger since I use everyday several times. I feel like I fill more often then my last one. After a couple of days it wasn't releasing water to make ice so I switched out cover and started working again. I like the black stainless steel, matches my other stuff. I am also glad that I can set it to start making ice at 4 am so by the time I get up there is enough ice to fill my 2 Stanley's.

First off the look of It got my attention. It's really perfect! Has an app you can connect the ice maker too and as long as there is water in It you can make ice from just a button from your phone. If you're an ice eater or a mixologist like me you'll love It!

We love it so far! Makes great ice and faster than expected! Only complaint is the instructions for setup- did a bunch of ge summer interns who came back from a work happy hour hammered write them? They made zero sense. I threw them out and it was much easier from there

This ice machine is excellent, we truly couldn't be happier at all. Use it for iced coffee in the morning, water throughout the day, and mixed drinks in the evening. One thing, we only use distilled water to assist in keeping the intervals cleaned.
