This is one of the best purchases I've made. Worth every penny. I've used this every day since I have gotten it. I cannot wait until I can host a party and show off this beauty. The ice is a real pleasure. When I ordered it, I felt like I didn't need the side tank but now having used the machine I can't imagine not having it. It makes a real difference. Don't hesitate. Just make the purchase - you won't regret it.

I have wanted this ice machine for ages and have hemmed and hawed because of the price but I'm so glad I finally got it. I have had other ice machines that were so loud, felt dirty, didn't look nice on my counter and worst of all....didn't make pebble ice! This is really the only option. Just take the plunge, it's worth it. ps. Some people say this machine is loud and I have no idea what they're talking about. I find it incredibly quiet.

I love my ice maker. I had my eye on it for years, but finally decided to surprise myself with it for Christmas last year! As long as I keep water in the reservoir, it keeps making ice. AND I program it to stop at 8pm and start at 6am so that I have plenty of ice when I wake up!!

Had this product for about three weeks and after about three weeks when the machine was making ice it now has a squealing noise that it makes. It tends to make the noise when it is working on dispensing the ice nuggets into the ice bin. For the price paid for the machine it is really frustrating and disappointing to be having issues so soon with the appliance.

I've been wanting this ice machine for a long time! My boyfriend gave it to me for Christmas. Best gift ever! It works perfectly and now I get the “good” ice anytime I want! Tip: Read the instructions before setting it up. It will save you tons of time! Lol!

Love the dimensions, it fits under my shelves on the countertop and is still pretty slender. I'm within 24 hrs of use and it doesn't seem noisy to me. The capacity and production is perfect as our household goes through lots of ice. I was used to the simple bullet ice maker so this was a bit more with installation but definitely worth it! I love the machine.

I was given this as a birthday gift from my husband because he knows how much I love the "good ice!" Works well. Ice in "20 minutes" is a bit of a stretch...you will totally have ice in 20mins but not a glass full or enough to serve. It takes a good hour or more to fill the tub and its a bit noisy, But it does get the job done! I am so thrilled to have it!

We owned the 1st generation Opal Ice Maker and it was great! It eventually quick working and we started to pass on buying a new one because of the cost. We enjoy pellet ice so much, we took the plunge and bought it. Was the BEST CHOICE we made. Everything about the ice maker is improved and a joy to have. What I like best, is how easy it is to clean...I actually look forward to cleaning it vs. the old maker.

I love my pebble ice maker. It was so easy to set up and started making ice in 10 min. The bin was full in an hour. It looks great and this is one of the best investments for our family. We have Stanley mugs and they keep the ice cold!! Best of both worlds.

I toyed with ordered this nugget I've maker for well over 6 months. Now that I have it, I wish I would have just pulled the trigger then! It makes the perfect amount of ice for two adults. I refill my cup with it constantly through out the day and it never runs out. I haven't figured out how to move what's in the ice bin into our freezer without it turning into one giant rock, but that is my only complaint. It does produce a small amount of noise, but we keep it in our laundry room so it doesn't ever bother us. We have black stainless steel appliances from LG and this machine matches everything pretty spot on.
