Looks just as pictured works great! Received in perfect condition. Easy to set up and started making ice very fast after running the rinse cycle as recommended. I did purchase the filter and it was easy to install also. I have purchased a different ice maker in the past and it was ok I felt like I had to stay on top of it to have enough ice. This one was more expensive but you get what you pay for. I love the side tank and I always have ice ready to go. I am so glad I splurged on this one!

I love my pebble ice maker. It was so easy to set up and started making ice in 10 min. The bin was full in an hour. It looks great and this is one of the best investments for our family. We have Stanley mugs and they keep the ice cold!! Best of both worlds.

Great purchase so far. Only had the ice maker 2-3 weeks but zero complaints so far. Have been filling the tank using filtered water from a refrigerator pitcher to hopefully minimize build-up. Ice is soft, crunchy and tastes great. Not noisy at all in my opinion. There is a very low hum but that's it other than when the ice drops. The app makes it very convenient. Runs every day from 9am-9pm without fail. Emptying and cleaning is annoying to have to do but it's a necessary evil and is relatively easy to do. Expensive but the wife loves it.

You will never regret this purchase, The quality and texture of the ice is just practically addictive and we find that we drink a lot more water and tea when we have this kind of ice. There are just two of us but even with our extensive use it does not really run out as it is constantly remaking on a relatively quick cycle. It's a little bit noisy when it's making ice but it shuts off that noise Once the bin is full. It's an elegant and beautiful looking machine and the ice is Crunchy but chewable without damaging your teeth etc.!

Love the ice! I've been wanting a soft ice maker for years! Fits on counter perfectly and is easy to use. The only thing that would make it better is if it held the ice longer in the bin without as much melt. It is constantly melting and remaking ice.

Love the ice this machine makes! It's perfect for home use! I have had to clean it a few times which hasn't been too difficult just a little time consuming! My only real complaint would be the noise! It's pretty loud so I don't recommend putting it near a room where you gather! Also a location to hang the scoop would be nice to incorporate! Other than that we love it!

Bought this ice maker after our current refrigerator ice make broke which seems to be a common issue with this brand (Stick to TV's and Phones). In the futures plan on buying a GE refrigerator as we also bought a GE dishwasher and are very impressed with how it works and the GE brand.

My wife has always loved the "Sonic Ice" and we would buy bags of it wherever we could find it. So happy to have the ability to easily make this ice at home. The Opal 2.0 was super easy to set up and makes ice very quickly for our family. The ability to recycle the water when the ice melts in the container was a huge benefit over the competitive products I researched. So far, we are very happy. We did buy the optional water filter online after we purchased the ice maker. Water filter was very easy to install and makes the ice taste more "clean." We are super happy with the purchase.

This unit was quite in operation, works as promised, the manual needs updating to explain how to clean interior storage tank that feeds water into freezing auger. I have run this unit for 2 years constantly. You tube cleaning videos were very helpful.
