My wife is a huge fan of the soft ice, so I bought one of these for her as a gift. She loves it. We didn't think we would use Wifi function, but it turns out that it is very handy, as you can schedule the ice maker to turn on right before you get home from work and have fresh ice waiting for you.

This thing makes a ton of perfectly soft but crunchy ice. We don't even use the ice from the fridge anymore. My kids call the fridge ice “peasant ice” now lol. My only complaint is that when you open the tub the condensation does leak out of the bottom so we put a towel on the drip tray to catch it all.

From the first day we got the machine it has made a terrible grinding noise. We can only have it on for a short amount of time and then have to turn it off. I have only been able to fill the ice bin one time. And we can't get the side tank to work either. We have to make sure the reservoir is full at all times.

My wife and I received this as a Christmas present from our children. It is a great present. My wife loves it so much, if she had to choose between me or the ice maker, I think I would be out the door. She loves the small crunchy pellet sized ice, and the continuous availability of it. And I very much enjoy it, also.

Only owned for a few days but so far I am very pleased. Soft small pellet ice just as expected. My only disappointment was that once the drawer is full of ice it doesn't continue to cool or keep ice frozen. Unit shuts down and ice slowly melts. This may be an energy saving thing, but I just wish it would keep that ice frozen until used then make more as needed. Otherwise I am thoroughly enjoying this ice maker. It is mostly what I hoped it would be and highly recommend if you are looking for a soft, small pellet ice machine.

I absolutely love my machine! It does make some noise but typically I can't hear it over the tv so it doesn't bother me at all. Does exactly what I need it to and love the fact I can set times for it to turn on and turn off so I'm not wasting power. Price point was more than I wanted to pay but for the quality and the amount of use it gets I'm okay.

I read all the reviews before making the purchase. Our experience is that it is completely silent when it is not making ice, and then a quiet hum when it is making ice. We have it on the countertop and it's a tight fit under the cabinet but it does fit. Ventilation is on the sides. It makes ice quickly, is easy to add water. The ice itself is exactly as what we expected and wanted, just like nugget ice. The light feature is nice. I like the feature that if there is any melting, that water is used to make additional ice. The only melting occurs with the ice on the bottom, the fresh ice on top is always frozen. As soon as you take ice out to use, that's the trigger for it to begin making more ice. To clean it requires draining and the use of 1 teaspoon of bleach.Somewhat cumbersome but I agree with the necessity of doing that to keep it clean. It does come with a side attachment to hold even more water. We do not use this, but I can see the value of it when we are entertaining. We've had it one month and are very pleased with our purchase.

This machine makes great ice, but at the cost of your hearing (and sanity). machine started defrosting on the 1st cycle and says needs cleaning every other cycle, even though we use purified / distilled water. Btw, when the ice machine starts howling, better run. And don't unplug it as you'll lose the wifi setup and re-connection is a pain.

This little ice maker has been working overtime for our household of 5, but it is trucking right along. Love the ice and glad we got the extra tank. It can be a little noisey at times, but not bad. I wish there was a way to hook it to a water line easily. Overall, very happy with the ice :)

I love crunchable ice and have always searched for fast food places with that ice available mainly because I've chewed my ice after finishing the drink. Now I don't have to search for places with that ice in their drinks as I have my own crunchable ice maker. It's an unbelievable product: quiet, fast icemaking and the bin stays full all day. Best of all, my family enjoys the availability of ice that seems to keep tea and soft drinks colder than cubes.
