Regular content looks extremely clean, and HDR and Dolby Vision just pop off the screen. Nothing beats OLED and the C5 delivers on all marks in the price bracket. There is nothing better out there for the money. The new remove is also an improvement for me, as the older LG remotes featured piano black plastics that scratch easy and feel slick in the hand. The new remote is matte in finish and easy to navigate with. The latest updates with WebOS 25 have also made it easier to navigate around the interface. Which absolutely purchase again.

We just bought the TV. Physical installation wasn't bad. But the interface is extremely confusing. I never got the mobile app to work. With difficulty, I downloaded the app for Spectrum (our cable). It doesn't appear on the main screen and is hard to find. We don't use any of the apps on the main screen (Disney, HBO, etc.) We like to stream PBS (Passport) and found out that it is not available on LGs. That weird floating cursor won't go away. CC is hard to access. If we ever find a channel to watch, the picture is fine. All of my complaints are about how difficult it is to use. The AI seems useless. Why are there all those ads for movies or streaming services in the way?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with the 77" C5, it is in a room with large windows on an adjacent wall and I haven't had any issues with the picture during the day, I often forget to turn on the "bright room" feature. I also really like the gaming hub overly, have always used consoles and have never been able to see FPS while playing, lots of neat features hiding in there I wasn't expecting and didn't see when researching.

Now that she sees the difference she wants to go out and buy one for the bedroom and a new TV for our finished basement. The 300+ channels are all we need, and the remote control is easy to use.

The LG web OS is snappy and easy to use. Love the OLED experience thoroughly. The audio quality is great as well and a great value for the price.

C5 is a great TV for gaming,supporting 4k@ 144Hz for PC and including four HDMI 2.1 ports for next-gen consoles. The built-in speaker quality is exceptional.

This replaced a 65 inch C7 and the difference is just massive between the two. If your on the fence sbout upgrading an older model to the newer ones, its 100% worth it now. The only complaint i really have is just how thin they are making them now. I prefer to stand mount, and the tv is very flimsy. Would love to see lg offer some sort of rear skeletonized bracing to firm it up as an option.

TV come onetime and installed as planned. the only down side I could say is the reflection is larger than I expected. and the coating is helping, but still if we want to compare with the other type of matte screen, its still reflective. but if watching in basement or at night, no issue at all.
