[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely satisfied with the picture quality of the C5. The 4K upscaling of our Blu-Ray collection is exceptional. Size was a limitation and the newer 2026 model did not offer much of an upgrade over the 2025 model. An additional positive is I have been able to take advantage of the Auracast feature for consumers who are hard of hearing and have compatible hearing aids. I'm also excited about the future WebOS updates that come with this purchase. The only minor negative is there are no inputs for legacy AV components. Fortunately, my old VCR/DVD combo has an HDMI output. Very happy to add a second LG OLED TV to my home.

Pros: 1. Display is very sharp and colors pop out. 2. Light weight and easy to install. So far loving it. Cons: 1. Wall mount option Angie did not come thru' for me. Using the TV stand instead. 2. Volume goes up during ads. No mute button on Magic Remote - we have to bring down the volume to "0" for a mute.

The smart features are very convenient and make hands free controlling your television easy with Amazon Alexa. It came with a free LG sound bar so the overall sound quality of the setup is excellent. My previous 70 inch LG was 10-20 lbs heavier due to being older and thicker. The new OLED 77 inch C5 is razor thin and awesome looking when wall mounted which was so easy due it being so light. The glass screen seems sturdier than the old LCD technology soft screen. I was still very scared to handle it while wall mounting it due to it being so thin but it installed great.

LG really did an incredible job with this TV! Everything is fully functional and working properly. I am using the TV with PC, blue-ray player, it works great so far.

Dolby Vision content looks especially impressive. Shows like Stranger Things look incredible, with dark scenes retaining detail while highlights really pop. I already own a 77-inch LG OLED C3, so this comparison comes from real-world use. Even though the size difference between 77 inches and 83 inches doesn't seem large on paper, it is very noticeable in practice. Installed in a dedicated media room, the 83-inch screen feels significantly more immersive and delivers a true home-theater experience. Another pleasant surprise is the sound quality. For a TV, it's much better than expected—clear dialogue, decent bass, and a fuller soundstage compared to most flat-panel TVs. I spent alot of time researching the technology out there for tvs. I am primarily using this tv for streaming, gaming, and movies this tv excels on all phases. The refresh rate and connectivity are a must for gaming, and this tv does not disappoint. The display and resolution make you feel like your in the movie theater. Finally, the contrast sets itself above the competition.

I noticed a small crack on the top left hand side of the screen and called to ask about it. The whole process to get it swapped out has been cumbersome and agitating. We're going over a month since my initial order and I just got an E-mail saying it'll be another 3-4 weeks.
