The only thing I don't like is the frequency of the ad integrations, when the TV goes into standby mode, the ads become really annoying.

The picture looks unreal — blacks are truly black, colors pop, and everything looks super sharp on the big screen. Games feel smooth and responsive with no lag that I can notice, even in fast action. Movies look like a theater at home, especially with HDR — dark scenes still show detail instead of turning into a gray mess. TV sits on a stand in our living room. Colors are vibrant, lifelike, bright, and accurate. The ease of navigating apps and tv functions is also fairly easy to understand. On Xbox, everything feels smooth and responsive, and fast games don't get blurry. The TV itself looks clean and modern with super thin bezels. All in all a worthy upgrade from my older B series LG OLED. Thanks.

We just bought the TV. Physical installation wasn't bad. But the interface is extremely confusing. I never got the mobile app to work. With difficulty, I downloaded the app for Spectrum (our cable). It doesn't appear on the main screen and is hard to find. We don't use any of the apps on the main screen (Disney, HBO, etc.) We like to stream PBS (Passport) and found out that it is not available on LGs. That weird floating cursor won't go away. CC is hard to access. If we ever find a channel to watch, the picture is fine. All of my complaints are about how difficult it is to use. The AI seems useless. Why are there all those ads for movies or streaming services in the way?
