As a Scottish resident this is highly inconvenient and I would have considered another brand had I known this before buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is amazing apart from some dim scenes when the black is too dark. No amount of tweaking improves that. The sound is also good. I can hear dialogue easily without resorting to the dialogue enhanced modes. My only criticism is the booming bass. I have tried all of the remedies to no avail and is spoiling my enjoyment of the TV. Would have had 5 stars otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace previous LG Tv that was 43inch this one is 48 inch but space wise not much difference due to the thin bezel picture quality are amazing 🤩 and I needed 4 HDMI ports which again is there . The sound quality is pretty good too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my previous 13 year old Panasonic TV was really good and thought long and hard about whether I really needed a new TV when it worked and was reliable. But within minutes of getting this LG TV set up I was sold and could not believe how much better it is. Really pleased with this purchase.

The picture quality is outstanding as per all reviews. But this new webos UI is tragically bad. No dedicated source button to change inputs, adverts on home screen, unintuitive laggy crap. It's just a mess, whoever came up with this needs their head checking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is amazing, which is mostly what I care about with a TV since I use a cinema surround box for sound. I can't comment on the sound because I bypass it. The only grip is the UI is not intuitive. For example, I don't have an antenna or cable connected, only satellite but I cannot disable these inputs and if I view LG Channels, it is not obvious how to get back to viewing satellite channels. I need to choose guide, then filter and select satellite! Since satellite channels is my primary use, it seems odd that I don't have a one-button option for getting back to satellite channels from the home page view. Similarly, some of the settings to setup things are buried in obscure menus and difficult to find. I've had the set for 2 weeks now and have got used to where to find things and overall I'm very happy with the TV.

I've struggled really hard to get hdr oled quality and have been going round in circles, i cannot seem to find display settings to activate hdmi deep colour, i had fantastic quality for one day for the set to revert to poor quality the next day, maybe I'll get there but I'll just keep trying

Build quality is very good . Looks really smart mounted on my living room wall. Easy set up and good 4k picture quality even straight out the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm extremely pleased, huge difference in picture quality compared to our old TV, the colours just pop out and look way sharper than other OLEDs I've seen, very happy. I was in two minds between this and a Samsung, a mate got the Samsung and having seen both I recon the C5 is much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bagged a good price by dealing direct with LG. The delivery was very fast & we were notified in advance the day of delivery. In addition the courier contacted me directly 30 minutes prior to arrival. The TV arrived & I set it up very quickly to test that all was in working condition. I then mounted the tv on the wall, before making all of the final settings. The picture quality on my 54” OLED is superb. The software & operation is slick & fast. Such a great product. Prior to this I had been a Panasonic convert for many years, but my last purchase 10 months ago was very disappointing everything operational was so slow. Nothing positive was forthcoming with Panasonic so I started my search. The icing on the cake was a trade in offer when dealing direct with LG. This swung the deal for me & although early days, so far I have no regrets & nothing but praise for LG. Not often these days you can spend money & enjoy it. LG have been the exception. Thank you.
