[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. The 83-inch size is truly amazing and provides an incredibly immersive viewing experience. The image quality is stunning, and the TV is very easy to use, thanks to the excellent and responsive software. I'm also very impressed with the AI features and the overall sound quality. For those with a separate audio setup, the ARC functionality works perfectly, as I've connected it seamlessly to my external amplifier. This is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it.

The TV picrure is excellent. However the setup guide is brutal. Talks so fast that it is impossible to follow. It keeps defaulting to the LG TV and I have to change it to my local cable provider every night. Not very user friendly and with all the AI you would think it could figure it out.

But within minutes of getting this LG TV set up I was sold and could not believe how much better it is. Really pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new TV. It has replaced a 12 year old 32 inch LCD TV so is quite a step up, particularly with its OLED screen. The picture is quite stunning, even though I don't have any 4K sources. I also love the fact that Apps such as Apple TV and YouTube are bult in. With my old TV I had to get Apple TV using the browser on my laptop then cast it to my TV using Chrome cast - quite a palaver! I am still discovering all the features, and I think the remote control could be a bit more intuitive, but I love the pointer on the screen. I haven't yet found the best way to stop playback when I am watching TV through an App, but I am sure that will come with experience.

I have to have the volume at about 65-70 just have loud enough audio to hear clear voice sufficiently. Tried on AI Sound Pro, Standard and Cinema. Ai Sound Pro is clearly louder voice but sounds tinny.

Frustrating. We upgraded from a smaller LG OLED after only 7 years. The old TV was fully integrated via HDMI with all our Home Cinema devices and remotes. New TV offers no such integration unless devices are "LG compatible". I now have to use three remote controls: one for Satellite, one for Home Theatre and one for the TV.
