Nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Screen was easy to setup straight out of the box. Really enjoying the picture and sound quality but ironically the number of options does make the control a bit complex (or maybe just simply different to the old controller).

Outstanding picture and sound quality.

Outstanding picture and sound quality. Lots of features which we have still to learn about. Currently having problems recording (our memory stick does not work and we don't understand why). Also GoogleCast does not work well, which may be due to the quality of our WiFi (even though it is WiFi 6). These are probably teething problems which should not put off the potential buyer.

Very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart, slim tv with great picture quality! Just what I was looking for! Found it very easy to set up - considering I'm not incredibly technical. That said, I would have preferred an easier, more individual style for the stand assembly instructions as they were generic- thus quite complicated because they were combined with 4 other tv models- hence too much information was irrelevant & complicating what should have been a very simple task.

True colours and easy setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked at a number of OLED TVs as an upgrade from 43". I don't have the room for anything larger than 48" so the C5 was pretty much an automatic choice. True to life colours with a great user interface. Really easy and intuitive setup that automatically connected to my other systems. Very happy with my purchase.

Astonishing pictures; good sound, & complex menu

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this model because it was highly rated by Which?, to replace a TV that was 9 years old. The picture quality is the really stand-out thing compared to the TV I'm replacing: it's exceptional, vivid, and the blacks are true black. The TV definitely warrants a 5 star for picture quality. The sound is fine, it's clear and I've no complaints about the depth or bass. We don't have a soundbar, and I don't feel a need to get one. The only reason I scored the TV 4 stars rather than 5, are the menus and to some extent, the magic remote. I'm definitely tech savvy, but it's taken me a few days to find my way around fundamental functions on the TV (e.g. I found it easier to set up "favourite channels", but then it took another couple of days to figure out how to actually access "favourites"). I like the pointer on the Magic Remote, which definitely makes things easier, but the remote is let down by a very simple design flaw: both the "volume up/down" and the "channel up/down" buttons are pure black rubber. There is no visual marking on the buttons, so it's hard to see which is which. I know I'll get used to is, but in the meantime I've actually put a dab of white paint on the +/- and up/down symbols so that they are visible. The menu itself is cluttered, and there doesn't seem to be a way of hiding some the channels (e.g. I've no need for the LG channel at present, and we don't subscribe to channels like Disney, so those apps don't need to be visible on my list ... but they are, and they make it look cluttered. Overall, this is a BRILLIANT TV, and if you can put up with a cluttered menu, an overly-complex system for watching TV, and a good but imperfect remote, then I would recommend this.

LOVE MY NEW TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new TV which was installed with ease into my TV bed. It's so light and thin. The picture quality is outstanding too. I'm not keen on the pointer option on the remote that I keep accidentally activating but I'm sure I will get used to it. A fab TV, no regrets!

One of the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worth it if you can afford the price. I upgraded from a C1 and the difference is clear. The C5 is noticeably better in brightness and colours. The only thing I noticed is that the sound is not as good compared to the C1. In cinema mode the C1 is more bassy and fills the room. The C5 is better in AI sounds compared to the C1. Overall, well worth the upgrade

TV Set Up

TV picture and sound is great, after initial simple setup. This unit has an unnecessarily complex menu system to get it where one wants it to be as a simply functioning TV. My Sony (not very old) was much more intuitive to operate. This one is putting marketing and complexity before functionality.

Fantastic Image for Movies and Gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG OLED screen is simply amazing for movies and gaming. Based on an internet article, I purchased this TV to also serve as a laptop and PC monitor and it has not disappointed. It has Chroma throughput and other features that make it ideal for dual use.

Great TV, annoying remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen quality is great, and setup was pretty easy too. The included stand had bad instructions but does work well. The remote is diabolical though, the buttons are just laid out strangely, why is "search with speech" where I expect the home button? Why ie the back button hard to find? Very weird, but nothing terrible
