Customer reviews for LG 55" Class OLED evo C6 Series 4K Smart TV forGreat TV for my bedroom
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV specially if you can get it on sale. We just bought the 77 Inch for our bedroom and it's amazing. The picture quality is insane. Family is very happy with this purchase. And since there's some good discount because it's 2025 tv I will say you will not regret it. It still an amazing tv. Probably best value oled TV from LG.

Outstanding Feature-Rich Television!!
Crisp, clear, bright picture across entire screen. I enjoy the large selection of apps available. WebOS is feature-rich and easy to use. I’m still exploring all the available options. LG Gallery displays works of art that can be left on to look like a painting on the wall. Very impressive. The high definition 4K picture quality is amazing!

Very beautiful picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still trying to learn all the things this new LG TV has in its inner workings. There is so much more capabilities than my 15 year old cable TV had. But the pix is beautiful and we bought the LG 4 speaker sound bar to go with it. It truly is a grand product.
Hello! We are completely overjoyed to hear that you are loving the breathtaking picture quality and the immersive sound of your new LG TV setup. Upgrading to a modern smart display with massive capabilities and pairing it with an LG 4-speaker soundbar is the absolute perfect way to experience theater-level cinema right in your living room. Good but NOT great.
I've been loving it but today I was watching a tv show that had a dark room and the blacks were pixilated into large squares of different brightnesses of black. NOT GOOD. I had a LOPT of trouble getting my system setup (C5, Yamaha v385 and Firestick) TV was causing a loop that everything was shut off, but then it would come right back on. Only solution was to plug firestick into TV instead of receiver. Of course no one wanted to admit fault, but even LG tech had so solution. Also, why can't there be ONE OPT OUT of anything not necessary to the operation of the TV??
Hello there, llahmot! Thanks for the detailed review. Always great hearing your TV is delivering strong performance overall, and we appreciate you pointing out the parts that didn’t feel quite right. We’ll share your notes on dark scenes, setup behavior and opt‑out options with our product team. If you ever want help dialing things in, @LGUSSupport is here for you. #LifesGood ❤️ ‑Rich
Great TV - Horrible Remote
Picture is crisp, clear and as perfect as I can hope for. Sound with built in speakers is excellent, especially with the available enhancements. But the remote is not designed for humans. NO MUTE BUTTON?! Really? And everything you may need to do is hidden in a menu only available from the wheel/button setup. Make a better remote with discrete buttons and I'll give it 5 stars.
Hi! Appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the LG OLED65C5PUA — that stunning picture and rich sound are exactly what this model is known for, and it’s great to hear it’s hitting the mark for you. Your note about the remote design, especially the missing mute button and the menu navigation, is genuinely valuable. We’ll make sure your feedback gets over to our product team so they can keep improving the experience. ^James
Great Picture bad sound
TV is great the picture is beautiful. With all the attention spent on the picture there should have been and equal balance on the sound and speakers as well. For the money spent on this tv I shouldn't have to spend equal amount on a sound bar to make this tv a 5 star.
Hello! Your new LG TV delivering a beautiful picture is exactly the kind of excellent visual quality we aim to provide. We appreciate your feedback regarding the sound balance and built-in speakers, and we will be sharing your notes with our product team to ensure our future audio designs match up perfectly with our screens. Thank you for your review. ^James
Outstanding Picture Quality, No backlit remote
The LG OLED65C5PUA delivers an outstanding picture with deep blacks, vibrant colors, excellent contrast, and impressive brightness. The interface is responsive, and the overall viewing experience is excellent for movies, and television. My only disappointment—especially at this premium price point—is that LG still doesn’t include a backlit remote. A backlit remote would make nighttime viewing much more convenient and feels like a feature that should be standard on a flagship OLED. Aside from that, this is an excellent television that I would recommend.
Hi, Rob! We are absolutely thrilled to hear how much you are enjoying the breathtaking picture quality, vibrant contrast, and responsive performance on your stunning new LG OLED65C5PUA TV! It is wonderful knowing it has elevated your movie and television nights so beautifully. We hear you loud and clear regarding the desire for a backlit remote to make those cozy nighttime viewing sessions even better, and we will definitely share this valuable feedback with our product development team for future innovations. Poor Sound Quality
The LG 55" OLED TV was EXTREMELY difficult to set up and maintain a connection with Verizon FIOS services. Finally attained! Now the problem is that while the TV sound is OK for music, we can barely hear the dialogue! We have had to put the volume on 100, which is the maximum, and we still cannot understand what they are saying! After spending a significant amount on this TV, we do not want to have to buy special speakers or sound bar to hear it, plus how to ensure it is hooked up correctly with the FIOS remote?! This sound problem is very disappointing. LG remote is difficult to maneuver - thankful we can use the FIOS remote.

Inadequate remote control
A year ago I purchased the LG 55" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI Smart TV. I've been enjoying the TV as it has a spectacular picture. I'm sure the C-6 model has at least as great of a picture. The problem I found with the C5 is the magic remote. I noticed that they are using the same remote control on the C6 as they did on the model I bought, the C5. LG obviously wants my TV and the C6 model to be operated by voice commands. The magic remote functions as designed, however, it was designed WITHOUT A DEDICATED MUTE BUTTON or A NUMBER KEYPAD thus making it IMPOSSIBLE to directly punch in a couple of numbers to change the station or press a button to mute the sound. This makes the remote problematic. Unfortunately, LG doesn't warn it's customers anywhere about this lack of functionality. I learned the hard way. I had to go pull out a remote from an older LG TV in order to have a keypad and mute button. Bummer. The magic remote sits almost entirely unused. The TV asked me to agree six different user service agreements (which essentially remove any hope for privacy} in order to use the voice controls. I haven't agreed to any of it. LG really needs to warn people that they expect you to completely change the way you interact with your TV but they simply don't
Great features
I consider myself a very tech savvy individual. Ive own several LG products in the past and not a hiccup and would undoubtedly recommend to a friend; however with my most recent purchase of my LG C5 TV and LG sound suite system I have had the most issues I have had with a product in a long time. I dont know if its the TV that is having issues with the sound suite or the sound suite having issues with the TV. What I do know is that ive been experiencing issues. Other than that the clarity and responsiveness is great compared to my LG C3. I love the products however not so much the problems and issues ive encountered and encountering.
