The picture is beautiful, the colors are vibrant, and the TV feels premium in every way. The only area that needs improvement is the sound. It's clear, but it doesn't match the amazing picture quality. A richer, fuller audio experience would make this TV perfect. Still, great job overall — I'm happy with my purchase. I really recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had LG Cx 77 inches and C1 77 inches, but i was thinking of switching to G series. C series haven't been upgraded at all until now. C6h is finally a worthy upgrade. It has the most important upgrade, almost perfect color gradient. No TV currently has perfect color gradient, but LG c6h is that TV. New tandem 2.0 panel has done wonders for the C series. Another huge upgrade is the refresh rate for us PC gamers. It's 165hz regret rate is perfect for first person shooters and competitive online gaming. I love this TV!

I am a LG employee family member, and I purchased this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. I've been extremely impressed with the 55-inch LG OLED evo AI C6. The picture quality is simply outstanding—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible contrast make everything from movies to sports look stunning. The OLED technology really shines, especially in darker scenes where detail is often lost on other TVs. The AI-powered features are a nice touch as well. Sound quality is also surprisingly good for a flat-panel TV, with clear dialogue and decent depth, though pairing it with a soundbar would take it to the next level. Wonderful picture! The colors are vivid, bright and true. Sound quality also very good so I won't be adding speakers. Magic Wand takes a little getting used to as a cursor but can make for quick action once you get used to it. The other settings on the remote are quite helpful for sound control, returning to previous channel or to home. My only two disappointments: The instruction manual is only good for setting up the tv stand. There are few instructions for operation of the tv. You have to download the online manual for that. When spending over a thousand dollars on a tv, I'd expect to get a written manual out of the box. It's easier to flip through pages using a good index at the front than to have to boot up a computer, download and then scroll. Out a thorough manual in the box! I'm also disappointed that we can't load regional sports apps. I live in New England and can't get NESN on my LG tv! Now I have to boot it up on my laptop and then cast it to the tv. Not the smoothest. Overall though, I love the quality of the C6.

The LG TV Model OLED65C6PUA has a wonderful, bright, colorful display. I would have given it a 5 star rating except for one little, very important thing. The totally useless for me, the remote. First there were no written directions on how to use it. The directions are on the TV, but since I can't use the remote because of my tremors, those directions are useless. Just try to use the remote while someone holds your wrist and shakes your hand.

A year ago I purchased the LG 55" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI Smart TV. I've been enjoying the TV as it has a spectacular picture. I'm sure the C-6 model has at least as great of a picture. The problem I found with the C5 is the magic remote. I noticed that they are using the same remote control on the C6 as they did on the model I bought, the C5. LG obviously wants my TV and the C6 model to be operated by voice commands. The magic remote functions as designed, however, it was designed WITHOUT A DEDICATED MUTE BUTTON or A NUMBER KEYPAD thus making it IMPOSSIBLE to directly punch in a couple of numbers to change the station or press a button to mute the sound. This makes the remote problematic. Unfortunately, LG doesn't warn it's customers anywhere about this lack of functionality. I learned the hard way. I had to go pull out a remote from an older LG TV in order to have a keypad and mute button. Bummer. The magic remote sits almost entirely unused. The TV asked me to agree six different user service agreements (which essentially remove any hope for privacy} in order to use the voice controls. I haven't agreed to any of it. LG really needs to warn people that they expect you to completely change the way you interact with your TV but they simply don't
