[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice machine is AMAZING! The set up process was super easy, cleaning portion was pretty simple also! It is so quiet!! The ice is the best! It is very heavy duty which I do not mind. Luckily I have counter space for it😆 Cannot wait to make so many yummy drinks with this!

It filled up completely in such a short amount of time. It’s not too loud either. We cleaned it before putting it together and it was very easy.

As long as it stays on, it stays cold enough to always have fresh ice in the bin. I turned it off overnight to test it and some of it melted but not as bad as I thought it would. My main issue is that it’s somewhat loud and will turn on/off as ice melts and it makes more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting a nugget ice maker for a LONG time so I was excited to finally get one. First impressions: It’s a little bigger than I expected but not bad, looks really pretty and seems well made. Set up was easy, although the manual is a general one, regardless of the model of ice maker, so some of it requires using your own common sense. The ice making process is QUICK, within 15 minutes of starting the ice process I already had a few ice nuggets drop into the bin. The ice is perfect size (and texture) for drinks but I wouldn’t use it in a shaker or to keep things cold in a cooler. The machine is a little loud…basically sounds like a mini fridge/freezer, but it’s in the kitchen and doesn’t really bother me. All in all, this seems like a solid product and I hope it lasts longer than some of the reviews.

This review is about registration of a product. It's too cumbersome and technology is glitchy. It required way too much of my time to register the product. I tried with my phone and never got confirmation using the QR code scan so I went to the trouble to set up an account online and register only to find out the product was already registered.

So far so good! Right now I’m waiting for ice. Fairly easy to setup!

Most quite machine we have had. In fact I bought another brand and could not stand the noise it made. I had an Opal before and I am back to it again.
