I was able to receive the product to try out, and I wish I had known about Thermacell mosquito repellent sooner than later! No more spraying and applying fragrant mosquito repellent on me and my children, we seem to be prone for mosquito bites unlike my husband. This is a simple of plug charge, insert the repellent and placing it wherever you hang out outdoors, with us that's our backyard patio. No issues so far as it's doing the work

I received this fancy new gadget over a month ago and I'm only just getting around to using it. I redid my porch colors and needed to spray paint some flowers and such. Usually, I couldn't do this without spraying myself with insect repellent. However, with this gadget, I was able to redo my porch without any insect bites and without using any repellent. I will be ordering more units for my household and outdoor needs. Thank you, Thermacell, for creating such a great and useful product!

I have used Thermacell products in the past with great success. Thought I would try this rechargeable one. Wast of money. It doesn't work. Followed all directions, feel the unit getting warm, but still have mosquitoes bite me and I am not a foot away!

I received complimentary for my honest opinion. This product does great when set next to my kids play area except on windy days it doesn't seem to help much. Another down fall is the price. The cartridge it comes with lasts around 12 hours so 2 days for my kids and it's gone. Not very budget friendly.

I would typically avoid going to my backyard because the mosquitoes are so plentiful. My poor babies would be bitten up in no time by those mosquitoes that were as big as a bird, lol. We've used the Thermacell a couple times now & can actually enjoy our backyard in the evening. I'm not saying that there are no mosquitoes, but a drastic reduction. I'll definitely get a couple more.

I'd love to give this product 5 stars because it definitely helped keep most mosquitos away but the issue I had was keeping it charged. It comes with the charger but this little device would not stay charged for us. It also comes with a 12 HR refill which is nice. There was a decrease in the mosquitos but it's not fool proof we still received some bites but nonetheless it did work to an extent.

I have been using this quite often. The mosquito repeller is very convenient that it is rechargeable and no odor. I often sit outside in my truck with the windows down as I for my daughter to finish dance practice each week and when I started using it I didn't have worry about getting bit up again. It is also very easy to use! I keep mine in the truck and will purchase a few more for my patio, kids to take when they are going to be outside, and friends.

I went on a camping trip in Yosemite National Park this past summer to test this product out. I tested this repellent and it worked better than I had expected. I turned it on and within 15minutes the mosquitoes and flying insects were only hovering on top of me instead of biting me. The unit itself is not too expensive but the refills are a bit pricey. The refills will give you 36hrs of protection against mosquitoes so to me I think it's worth the price.

What a huge disappointment, we have the old butane version and it works incredibly well. But, the butane canisters are expensive and we would frequently forget to turn them off after a fun night at the pool with friends. So the new version seemed like a win, no butane and a 5 hour shut off. But no, I sat outside for 5 minutes with this one running on full charge and I can see the mosquitos landing on me. Please take this back and refund me with the old version.

Received this product for free if I have my honest opinion. Now I haven't gotten a full opportunity to use it outside. I used inside my house because we were having bug problems on top of some mosquitoes getting inside. And it worked wonderful I would even forget that it was on and we would leave it on through the night. I'm in need of a refill from using just inside the house but there was a MAJOR DIFFERENCE of the amount of bugs I was battling with in my house. But will definitely putting that to the test this weekend as we are going to be outdoors a lot. I cannot wait to see what it can do outside.
