Product seems to work as advertised repelling mosquitos but not necessarily the 20ft. Still had a couple mosquitos at 15ft. Short 5.5 hour battery life. Also, it doesn’t have any indicator to let you know when the liquid is empty. Finally, the box is misleading saying… “Includes 12hr refill “. It is not a refill but the only cartridge in the box. The repeller does not have a cartridge in it and you have to use the “refill” to start.

I used three of these under a 20' x 40' tent with open sides in a heavily mosquito-infested wooded area in Michigan in the evening of a very wet summer. People were getting destroyed the night before in this spot, but as soon as my Thermacells heated up, the bugs were just gone...all of them. With the perimeter up and running, any insect that wandered too close would literally fall out of the sky. They work incredibly well and I love not having to replace butane cartridges. It's also really convenient that the cartridges last 36 hours. If you have easy access to recharge them, these are the way to go.

Like having a force field around the picnic table keeping the nasty biting disease transmitting squitos far away. Next campsite over the occupants were swearing, swatting, and finally wiping and spraying on the bug repellant while we sat comfortably eating our meal. Definitely worth the time and money. The refills are quite spendy but worth the dough to not get bites and swelling and itching during and after the camping

Setup assembly was pretty straightforward. The added repellent refill which was INCLUDED made this a great value purchase. So far, it is doing its intended job and warranty setup was a breeze. I will update this review as the week progresses for a more accurate rating.

Came out to the she shed this morning for coffee and pesky bugs flying around. Remembered I bought this product after seeing it work at a friend’s barbecue. Set it up in less than 5 minutes and voila! Enjoying my coffee without any pests flying around.

Works excellent at keeping pesky insects, especially our Manitoban mosquitoes, away when trying to enjoy our short summers in Winnipeg Canada! Love the thermacells! Bought a few a few years ago for our yard, our son’s yard and my daughter takes them camping. Love love love they work fantastic. My husband was skeptical when I first bought them years ago, now he’s a believer.

I’ve had a Thermacell for a while. The last purchase I made was for 18 hrs. (2). I turned it on about an hour before I went outside and, an hour later, have about 10 mosquito bites. This may be good for “lesser” mosquitoes, but for Texas mosquitoes, it just doesn’t work.

I have only used this product one time, but did not experience any insects during the one hour usage. I previously used another model of a Thermacell repellent but it stopped working. It was about seven years old and worked great. This was the newest model so I figured I’d try it out!

I’ve been really happy with my Thermacell mosquito repellent. It works well at keeping mosquitoes away, and I noticed a big difference when using it outside. It’s easy to use, doesn’t have a strong smell, and lets me enjoy sitting outdoors without constantly getting bitten. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an effective mosquito repellent.

Wish the carriage would last longer than just 12 hour, it will run out in just a few uses due to the 15 min warm up time. Not sure if it will keep mosquito away since am.jusz now starting to use it.
