I used to stay inside for most of the summer to stay away from mosquitoes. They like me more than other friends. My skin does not tolerate the bites well. My summer life has changed with my Thermacell! I garden again and entertain on the patio regularly! This product works! The best results I’ve ever had!

I live in the Southeast, where the mosquitos and sand gnats make it near impossible to enjoy the outdoors after 6 pm. I purchased a Thermacell and set it up 20 minutes before going out to the patio. I sat outside and did not see one biting insect within the range of the E55. I will be purchasing more Thermacell products in the near future. Highly recommend!!!

I'm not sure what's in it, but it does work. I wish there was more information on whether this kills butterflies and bees too because we use it on our patio which has a pollinator garden surrounding it. We may be killing all the helpful bugs too. :( That being said, this device does work. We don't get any mosquito bites while using it.

We use the E55 on our patio and while doing outside chores, and it works great. The insect detractor liquid refill are expensive however, and recharging the battery requires a cable and external power source. Two improvements could be to reduce the cost of detractor refills, and maybe incorporate a solar charger.

Haven’t used yet. The previous one I bought worked amazing. I will give kudos to the extraordinary service received when contacting the company regarding an older device where the battery stopped charging altogether (roughly 2 yr old one that wasn’t in production anymore). I was mailed a code for replacement to a newer model. After 1st email to CS I was promptly replied to w some trouble shooters, to which I replied didn’t work for me. I was informed the battery needs recharging every 2-3 months even when not in use, and as I live in an area w four seasons, I had not kept it charged after the summer/early fall so I’m sure that was the problem. Even still, I was sent a code for a brand new one w/shipping included after explaining the trouble shooting tips didn’t work. Excellent service.

So much easier to use than the ones with the pads and all. Takes a while to charge and seems like the radius to keep bugs away is not as much as the pad ones I have used. Gave it 4 stars only because of this because it is a pricey machine and the refills are expensive. Love how easy to use so will be purchasing more in the future for a bigger radius.

I got this hopeful that I would finally find something that would work but it was too good to be true. After turning it on outside in our driveway, still day, for 10 minutes before we sat outside, we were bit within 3 minutes. On top of that the refill cart that came with it was half empty.

These are great when nothing else keeps the mosquitos away. We have struggled for several years and decided to purchase one of these last summer near the end of summer. When the malicious mosquitoes returned again this year we purchased 2 more and so far no itching from their bites.

This is our second Thermacell Mosquito Repellent item. We use it daily from hanging out on the patio, cooking out, watching sports, and letting the dogs in and out of the house. It is a great product and very easy to use. Charge it, turn it on, and forget it!

This device is well worth the money if mosquitos like you and they like me. They don't seem to like my wife but it seems to help me a lot. Caution - I think that the flat black color absorbs heat from the sun which results in the repellent evaporating even when turned off if it is left in the sun. I went through the first cartridge in less than a month even though only using it in early am and late evening because I left it out in the sun during the day. I now move it into the shade when off.
