I've had my shark cordless auto empty for a month now and am loving the covenience of grabbing it anytime for a quick vacuum or a deep cleaning. It is so easy to manuever and get into tight spots so no more moving every piece of furniture. The amount of stuff it picks up is amazing! The docking and automatic dumping is so easy. Mostly I'm so thankful I'm not tripping over a cord anymore! So glad I gave this vacuum a leap of faith!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Cordless PowerDetect Clean & Empty System Vacuum is designed to be used on both carpets and hardwood floor. It has an automatic empty dock that charges and empties after every clean where charging can take up to 3 or so hours for the vacuum to be fully charged. It lasts about an hour or so while continuously vacuuming, however, if you’re inconsistently using it, then the charge will last for a few days. This vacuum has excellent dirt detecting intelligence and we tested its abilities on both carpet and hardwood floor. When we vacuumed on regular carpet with open floor space, the vacuum detection feature was able to detect the presence of any objects in the way and essentially didn’t have to use its full power. However, when we moved the vacuum to under the bed, the rollers in the vacuum began working harder and the vacuum got louder so you can tell the vacuum was actually working better due to the difference in environment. On the hardwood floor, the vacuum is a bit quieter than it is on carpet, however, when comparing this to regular vacuums, this vacuum is definitely quieter than many that I’ve used. This vacuum comes with quite a few different nozzles and the main attachment can actually be detached and equipped with any of the other nozzles and can be used to clean the couches (using the brush or hose like nozzle) me removes dirt easily. It’s a great tool to use when you’re trying to clean your car as well because of the different attachments. Setting up this vacuum was absolutely dreadful, we only received one page of the manual so we were struggling to put the pieces together and figure out what goes with what. Apparently the top attachment that comes off and can be used as a handheld vacuum can be charged by itself according to the online manual I searched up, however I didn’t see any charger or cable piece in the box. I will say that with the charging dock, the vacuum does take a bit of space, but it’s also somehow convenient because you can just stick the vacuum into the stand and go on your way. Cleaning out the handheld vacuum piece is a bit confusing, we emptied it into the trash can and now we’re unable to close the bin/lid to be able to use the vacuum so that was terrible; the manual also isn’t very helpful because not everything was being shown in the angles you needed, however, for the most part, you got the gist of it (just not when it came to this point). The rollers that do the cleaning are incredibly easy to clean and I absolutely love that I don’t have to take ages to clean it. It took less than 30 minutes and it was squeaky clean. This vacuum, however, is quite heavy in comparison to other cordless vacuums, it’s definitely lighter than other corded vacuum cleaners, but, if you’re someone who wants something small and straightforward to use, this is perfect and will definitely make it easier and stress-free when cleaning your house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this vacuum. It’s easy to use. Glides easily on my tile floor. It has good suction power. Usually pick up everything with one pass. It’s quieter than my other shark vacuum. Battery life is good. I’ve left it out of the charger a whole day and I am still able to vacuum my floors. I like the light because I’m able to vacuum in the dark. The dust and dirt are more visible that way. It’s easy to bend in the middle to use under beds and furniture. The only thing I would’ve of liked is for a light to be on the top part when I use the attachments. Overall I really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is great! Light in your hand, has different modes but the auto feature works amazing. I was switching from low carpet to tile to high rugs no problem. It is a little loud when it’s on the highest suction but it was picking up dust that my other vacuum has clearly been missing. The empty chamber seems to hold a lot and has a scented odor neutralizing filter in it. Oh and it also has lights so you can see what you’re vacuuming up! 10/10 one of the best vacuums I’ve had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really pleased with this vacuum. It has a solid battery life, easy to maneuver, and is fairly quiet. I love that it is cordless, it makes vacuuming feel so easy and effortless. I have it 4 stars because it does seem to struggle with certain rugs, not sure if I’m missing a mode or if it’s just the vacuum.

This light and cordless unit is a huge advantage for me with my age and physical handicaps. However, like the first unit I was sent and returned, it sticks on our short-haired rug unless you jam it forward to get it going again. Further, when you turn on the unit, the brush doesn't move, nor does the light come on until one pushes the vacuum forward which triggers the head to start rotating and brings the light on. Both of these are faults but can be overcome with force.

Everything a normal vacuum does but this also BENDS to get under furniture and hard to reach places, it has ATTACHMENTS to get in crevices and you can make it a hand held vacuum to do your couch or your car. Battery life is really great . Little on the noisy side but I can definitely live with that in exchange for easier and better cleaning

Frequently have to dislodge clogs in the main tube and along the front roller, which is a frustrating mess and defeats the benefit of the super-sealed holding tank on the mothership. Doesn't last nearly as long as stated battery life. Doesn't work nearly as well as our really old plug-in Shark vacuum. Bought it cus we figured the top-of-the line newfangled machine could replace it. Spend the money if you're going to anyway, but don't quit your day vaccum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shark vacuum is great it has really good suction power and I like how the light at the bottom changes depending on the amount of dirt on the floor. You can bend the handle for those hard to reach spaces. The vacuum is not so loud and the battery life seems good so far. My favorite feature would have to be the auto empty dock.
