I wanted to love this vacuum, but sadly the maintenance is driving me to use a competitor's model more. Why? Not because it doesn't work but because there are so many filters to clean monthly (and some are already falling apart after just 2 months). There are at least 7 filters that need to be washed and then take 24-48 hours to dry (usually 48). 4 in the auto-empty dock and 3 in the vacuum itself. It's almost borderline ridiculous. With that said the vacuum itself is pretty nice, it seems to pick up everything I throw at it, though the non removeable fine mesh filter seems to clog quickly, requiring me to empty it more often than normal. This vacuum is definitely not going to replace your upright, I keep it upstairs for a quick cleanup, but that all its really used for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this vacuum. I have hardwood floors with rugs in each room and this thoroughly cleans it all with such ease. It is also the first vacuum I have ever owned that doesn’t get hair tangled in the bottom which I didn’t even think could be possible. I also love the auto suction when put back on the charging stand so I don’t have to worry about emptying it after each use.

I wanted to love this vacuum as I’m a huge Shark fan! I have a corded one that we’ve had for over 5 years and still does amazing. I got this one for easy everyday vacuuming, but it really was not worth the price tag. It’s quiet and does an okay job, but if you have pets with long hair I wouldn’t recommend.

I love this thing! To begin with, it's my first cordless vacuum, which means it's far less heavy, cumbersome and restrictive to use. And it seems to be as powerful as my old, corded model, so no compromise there. I especially like how easy it is to separate and connect the components, allowing me to have a hand-held unit at the press of a button. Last---and certainly not least---is the clean and empty system, which frees me from constantly having to empty the dustbin. Genius. One other thing: this vacuum is attractive and compact enough to be stored in plain sight in a corner of my kitchen, making it easy to grab and use far more often than I had before. Bottom line? A cleaner home with far less effort. Very pleased!

I brought this a short time ago, and at first liked it very much. I have dogs that shed, and their hair keeps getting caught in the front roller and stops it from rolling. Also the automatic disposal isn’t working. This morning the vacuum kept turning off after a few minutes. Not happy.

I have a cat that spreads litter everywhere and somehow manages to make a trail throughout the house. It takes many passes to get it all up with my past vacuum(s). I am shocked at how well this picks up the litter. I still have to sweep a few times a day but in less time. If you have pets this is for you!

I bought this vacuum cleaner last October and have had multiple issues with it jamming up with dog hair. I defiantly like the functionality of this vacuum cleaner but not recommend if you own more than 2 corgis or dogs who shed! I have owned lots of shark vacuums in past, and I always have one on standby. I wish I had discovered this issue sooner then later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very very easy to put together! I was surprised it was so quick and easy. I am impressed by this vacuum, think it does a great job cleaning and is relatively quiet (it’s still a vacuum, but it seems more gentle than my cheap vacuum)

This light and cordless unit is a huge advantage for me with my age and physical handicaps. However, like the first unit I was sent and returned, it sticks on our short-haired rug unless you jam it forward to get it going again. Further, when you turn on the unit, the brush doesn't move, nor does the light come on until one pushes the vacuum forward which triggers the head to start rotating and brings the light on. Both of these are faults but can be overcome with force.

This is the most versatile and powerful vacuum than anything I have ever seen for a cordless. Self-dumping is a real treat. A vacuum that cleans itself! The attachments are easy to attach and very effective. Also, the power sensor is also a great feature. Love mine
