Good suction and overall works well, but pair hair will clog in-between the soft roller and the teeth. Becomes an issue when you have dogs that shed a lot. I ended up removing the soft roller to alleviate the issue.

Not worth the money. I hate the power detect when going from carpet to tile. It just revs up and down constantly. The seal around the filter is awful. Everytime I use it the filter is thick with dust and debris.

Best vacuum I have EVER owned and believe me I’ve owned many many many. Suction like no other. Emptying process is a dream !! Lil heavy-ish but the cleaning power is beyond worth it !!

I bought this to replace my old shark vacuum that wasn't working properly like it used to and omgosh I love this vacuum.i totally recommend it! Plus good for pets my carpets never felt so clean

I like this vacuum so much. But I want to mention 2 things. One it is kind of heavier than Dyson. another one is clicking sound when the roller down to floor. Other than that the vacumm is so nice looking, powerful and easy to use. Thanks.

Love ! Easy to clean with, picks up on carpets and tile effortlessly, easy to dump/deposit, so far it’s better than my Dyson stick. And it’s light !!

Love this product a lot.I feel some of them are a little more lightweight and easier to maneuver.That's why I only gave it a four, but I would buy to get in a heartbeat. I think it beats all of them as far as vacuum suction, and that's important

As usual Shark has exceed my expectation. I love the ease of this product. I have BNB's and it is very easy to take along. It does a great job at cleaning the hard floors as well as the rugs.

I bought this about 2-3 mounts ago & disappointed . Charger doesn’t charge @100% so cant can never vaccum the house all at once it dies after 10minutes . Can the charger be replaced ?
